Dollar Tree, Akron OH

This is usually a nice store but on this occasion the store was not very well organized and the parking lot had not been cleared of snow good which limited parking and there was not enough staff to get people in and out of the store very fast.

I enjoy this store I sped a lot of$ here every time I come! I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

I couldn't even get Christmas lights, no hangers, no hooks for my coffee cups. Nothing in the store like the app. This place needs some serious help. The cashier? She was just the sweetest women. I don't think I will go back to this one, even though I live just blocks away.

Instead of texting & driving, I pulled over to be safe!
More people need to do this rather than hurting someone, possibly themselves! It's also one of my favorite places to shop,!

Love this store cause it's close to home.but the ones that are farther way have morenofna variety of certain things never can I find everything I need in just 1 dollar tree always have to go to 2 or 3 different dollar trees to complete a hole project

Very cheap prices. Buy all my House hold and cleaning needs.very wide selection.like the card section. Any kind you want 2 for $1

Felt sorry for the cashier. Very busy and she was of course the only one open.she was very polite and fun.

This has got to be the best Dollar Tree in all of Ohio. Very neat and orderly. And the manager wow, Tina is always ever so helpful. She never fails to make sure you've found everything on your list. No doubt it's Tina that makes this Dollar Tree the best.

Love this store. Wish they would keep the candles and decor section stocked more often however its an amazing store.

The lady at the register helped me pack my items so they wouldn't break and so i could take them on the bus. Someone needs to give her a big hug.

This store is managed by a lady who has no common sense. My chip in my debit card was malfunctioning and could have just been entered manually but she chose to swipe it and stick it in the reader about 15 different times and got my card flagged and a hold on it because she was treating it like a Little Tikes checkout register. She's also very rude walking up to the cashiers as they are busy with long lines talking about topics that have nothing to do with work at all. She smells like a carton of cigarettes wears a fake leather jacket that smells like a garbage dump and can often be found out front chain smoking cigarettes in front of customers walking in through her smoke clouds while her staff inside work hard without her.

Store is clean, well stocked and organized. The employees were all on task, but still focused on customers. There were three of us in line, and Krystal came right over and opened another register. You don't get all of that very often, so I'm giving them perfect stars and a special thank you to Krystal for caring so much about her job and us! Nice teamwork!

Trash in parking lot, no trash cans outside. The stuff inside is cheap, as to be expected. Staff was indifferent, but weren't rude.

Lots to buy great prices reinvent it to anyone in a budget to go here large selection very reasonable prices people are friendly store is very big discounted on everything

It was bad went to get cleaning supplies and cute my finger really bad on one of the racks it was very sharp, went and as casher for a paper towel and she got disgusted at me. I payed for my thing and not one of the FIVE women that was working there ask if I was ok. NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN.

They don't have the good stuff that other dollar trees have in the crafting and diy section big bummer being excited just to be disappointed once I seen the small low end choices there compared to other like stores

This particular store is not my favorite at all. They don't have anything on their shelves worth beans. This one is market st. Love the one over on Waterloo

I was very disappointed in how I watch one of the cashiers treat a very elderly man trying to enter the store at 7: 30. Very disheartening, watch her hold the door and not allow him in because they had stuff to do to close the store. It would have been more understanding if she would have stated the store was at capacity.

This review took place during the, covid 19, pandemic. They didn't follow any of the orders at all! So if you're worried, don't go here. Plus, I hand my baby in his stroller, and they don't have automatic doors. It was a s### show trying to get in and out. If you're in a wheelchair, or have a baby it's hard to get around. The store also smelled worse than a babies full diaper.
