Dollar Tree reviews
14Nancy is stuck back in time and prejudice. She was very nice to the gentleman in front of me older white male. Came to my turn I spoke she ignored me. I spoke again she barely said hi. I made pymnt she hurried up to throw my receipt on the counter. I told her have a nice day. No response. As I’m walking away she is greeting the next customer a white person of course. Bless her little soul. Dollar Tree do better with who you put on your front end
There was a older woman who was working the cash register she was very rude to me there was a person in front of me checking out that was white mind you I am a tall Spanish fellow that person set their basket on the counter the older woman working the register took the items out scaned them and took the basket. I put my basket on the counter and she said you have to take your items out of the basket so I turned the basket over dump it out and walked the basket back to the front of the store after I paid a white man was behind me he put his basket on the Counter and she proceeded to take the items out of the basket and scan them for proof for the management I was there at 11: 05 a.m. On August 23rd so you can review the camera. I don't know why she would single me out like that but I thought that was the most Petty thing anyone has ever done to me. Like I said there's proof cameras don't lie.
Nancy - she is a trooper and someone who does the best she can. Dollar Tree (in my opinion) in the past few years seems to have a lot of great stuff but without the correct staff and/or enough staff they on-site team cannot keep up with the demand - Nancy - did her best and ensured the store looked clean/put together. I suggest to Dollar Tree they start creating a position that rotates in territories to help with the re-stocking - and keep up on the TikTok trends for the dollar tree "projects". I notice that in several Dollar Tree locations that I have been to - the Crafters Corner takes a huge hit when there is a new trend on TikTok.
Back to the store - it is clean - shelves sometimes bare - but I understand.
Nancy - thank you for your help! Keep that smile!
After reading most of these reviews my experience is like many, the manager Vanessa with the blond hair was very rude and unprofessional. She needs classes on customer service.
Very well stocked, and clean. Great store, the cashier wasn't friendly, no smile but that seems to be everywhere nowadays.
The management were very rude to customers. Their systems went down and the one lady got An attitude with a customer when she asked how long it would be down and the lady proceeded to say we don’t know but nothing we can do. They made an announcement but they didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience. VERY RUDE! Will never be back there again for anything!
The workers are SO incredibly rude. The first time I came in I was yelled at for not putting a basket in front of the store, because instead I put it next to the register. The second time I came in with my mom and she reached for something near a ladder and the woman freaked out asking her what she needed because she was going to “knock down the equipment. ” The third and last time I will ever be going inside this store I had the pleasure of being checked out by Nancy. She was so nasty to me when I tried to use a gift card and it kept reading “error” so she said “I don’t know what to tell you it’s not working. ” So I asked her to try again and she rolled her eyes as she did. I asked for a manager to come over and surely enough it was Nancy’s fault and not my card (could have told you that) this store is so poorly run with the worst of the worst that work there. Don’t waste your time at this store and go to the next closet dollar tree around.
Both cashier and manager were the rudest people I have met. Manager was not wearing a mask as stated on the website
If ur into arts and craft, dollar tree is the place to go. From bling wrap beads gift bags, glass blow plates for all kinds of? For kid and adults, have fun shopping there I did.
If you want to be assaulted visit Nancy at the Dollat Tree! I frequent many Dollar Trees Every single time I have gone to this Dollar Tree I have the cashier Nancy. Not only does do a terrible job, she's also very rude to everyone. Yesterday I witness something totally appalling from this cashier. A woman in front of me was there with her small child, normal transaction, polite customer oh, but the child happened to let out a small cough as her mother was picking up her bags and finished with her check out. I watched as Nancy sprayed a child and her mother with Lysol after this child coughed. The mother asked why was she doing this this cashier Nancy said it was protocol or policy after checkout. This cashier didn't do it to the two customers before after they completed checking out. The customer in front of me got hit with the Lysol spray.and walked out. I myself have asthma I didn't appreciate all this Lysol that I was breathing in. This child was not sick, this mother did nothing wrong! This cashier Nancy was out of line! She is always rude to every customer, she doesn't acknowledge anyone the only thing you'll get from her is your total. This cashier is lucky that the customer doesn't try to press assault charges on her. Since when do you spray a customer with Lysol even if they cough or sneeze? Most likely because this store is filled with dust and dirt all the time. Nancy is lucky she didn't spray me or she would have had a lot more to deal with! Dollar Tree you should be ashamed of this employee! Time for Nancy to retire!
Not that im a Dollar Tree connoisseur, but this one seems larger, better stocked, and friendlier staffed than the other ones locally. Nancy is a cashier here and she has always got a great attitude and a fast pace, all while not making me feel rushed out.
Two things I'm excited about: they have frozen egg rolls. They look reasonably sized for a dollar, but the proof is in the tasting. Then they have a full line of swiffer-like broom things. Looks good, again, proof is in the tasting, or swifferring. Or whatever lol.
Fully stocked. No waited to get in. Ample parking. Slight minimal wait of 2 people in each line at check out.
Still happy with the prices
The store is always a mess and the cashier Nancy is always rude! She needs to learn to be nice and treat people better!
Was looking at balloons. Just simply looking and got told they are out of all balloons. Get in line to check out with my other items and the cashier didn’t say a single word to me except my total. Even after I said hi how are you today?
The funny thing is that the customer behind me asked for 5 balloons to be blown up and she got them.
