Dollar Tree, Mayfield Heights OH

Only because there's always a long. I do like that the shelves are generally stocked and there's hardly any boxes on the floors.

Store says it’s open until 10 online and on the door. I got there at 9: 15pm and the doors were closed

To correct another person's review: THERE IS A DOLLAR TREE IN THIS PLAZA. ITS NEXT TO CHUCKE CHEESE IN THE BACK CORNER.it's not a horrible place but there is definitely Not enough customer service and cashiers but the employers who work here dobtry their best. The shelves are always disorganized but no lack of inventory.they got alot of stuff! So basically the management is bad and the low level employees are overwhelmed.

It's the $1.25 store now.but it's as stocked as it can be. People are nice and helpful. 5 stars

I went in there today, and it is the worst looking store I have ever seen. They had items everywhere, and nothing was in a correct spot. Then I saw an employee "putting items back" but not in the right spot. I was so shocked at the laziness of this employee.

Don't bother going here. They are always closed for some reason. One day it's because their registers don't work. The next day it's because lack of staffing. The website always says they're open, and everytime we go there, they aren't open. Either the manager needs to get it figured out, or the employees are running the shots and they don't know.

Nice store and large variety of products available. But check the prices not everything is only $1, prices vary.

Pre-Cmas 2021, their inventory is pretty well wiped out, reduced hours due to staffing (probably why the aisles are so picked over, too)

This store doesn’t deserve a ONE star. It’s very dirty, cluttered, and most of the shelves are empty. There was only one cashier working, and the line was all the way down the aisle.

The other employee was opening boxes to stock the shelves. Why? The store needs to be cleaned from top to bottom, back to front. The stock left on the shelves was scattered all over.

This is the WORST Dollar Tree I’ve visited in a long time. I used the restroom, and I left. Terrible!

Dollar Tree -Golden Gate was better stocked than some of the other Dollar Tree's I have been in recently

I can't believe our local Dollar Tree stores look the way they do. Even before the pandemic, they only had two people working most of the time but this time I think there were at least three. I usually stop there to pick up items to craft with but I didn't have the energy to search thru piles of unsorted items. Luckily I just needed puppy pads which seemed to be in an organized section

Uh, make sure to take a book to read while waiting in line (especially if shopping during the weekdays). I think their motto is do more with less. However the employees are nice.

The store is total mess looks like people ransacked the place! The cashier was rude for putting the basket on the floor! If rude about that. Then clean up the store then! I’ll be shopping by my Dollar tree at least they are clean! Management needs to be fired! Hire some people that know what they are doing! Never go back again!

Poorly run.out of most things for which I was looking. Lot of disorganized shelves. Checkout clerks always nice

They had one cashier working there must have been 25 people inline waiting finally after about 10 minutes in line someone opened another register after someone in-line was yelling that another register needed to be open
