Dollar Tree, Circleville OH

Disorganized as usual, customer service representative rude as usual, but every once in awhile you'll find a good customer service representative in this location unfortunately it's not that often. When asking where something is at you're made to wait, yet they don't know, maybe they don't have it, yet they just don't know and when the cashier who's only been working there for two or three days is yelling for help because they have a line, then the person stalking the shelves is saying well you're going to have to wait because so an so is in the bathroom and I'm busy, for all the customers in the store to hear is not a very good thing says not only a lot about the store but the management as well. Even if you need a key for the restroom you're made to wait, it doesn't matter if you have a child with you and they're the one who has to go to the restroom you're going to wait. Parking is also a little tricky at this location if you park close to the building you're going to have trouble getting in and out of your parking spot if you park her a little bit further away it makes it a lot easier to get in and out of the parking space. They've raised the prices on everything "is not a dollar anymore" check it out. There are a lot nicer, neater, more organized and friendly location. This just happens to be the only one in this area. The sign above the building also needs fixed because all of the lights for the letters do not work.

Been going there since I was a kid wish this place was a little bigger and hate every time I go in there it's like a treasure hunt to find an employee to check out

Good place to shop greeting cards. Got 2fathers day cards and a birthday card for $1.60 sounds cheap of me but hay save where you can.

I went in to buy a note book for class and some pins. I spent $2.60.if I would have purchased the same items at a larger retail chain, I would have paid at least double. I am happy with quality as well.

We have been coming to this location for over a decade now & this store is really decent. Lately everything is well stocked & convenient. Please give them a visit you just might find a bunch of hidden gems that is the Dollar Tree?

This Dollar Tree is the best in my area! It's always clean. I can usually find things at the one in Circleville that I can't find in Chillicothe

Cashier could have acted like she wanted to wait on her customers, not like we were a bother. Usually always have a great experience in this store with helpful cashiers.

To the people saying that the manager is sitting out smoking. These people have idea how many hours this manager actually puts in. I was a Manager for finance companies for over 20 years. I personally think she is awesome. She is helpful, friendly, and keeps a very clean stocked store.

This is one of my favorite stores when I want to just browse, I can get soup to nuts or things for my hair, my hygiene, my kitchen, or arts and craft projects. Picture frames of all sizes for paintings or drawings I am working on. If I need cards who can beat 2 for $1.00! Great little store

Nice clean store trying to get their shelves stocked. Need more crafting items like I've seen in the Southern stores.

Card reader at POS not working for four straight customers ask cashier coach they can eat service said they've asked for upgrade of equipment but nothing's happened hopefully it will in the future had customers in there with no mask but what can I do about it

Always good price for value but can't find the coconut oil they did have last year. I'll keep looking for it.

This store is in a very good location with easy accessibility. But the store is always no matter what time of the month. I s always in a shambles with most of the time only whom ever is new running the only cash register and the manager will be sending around whim ever is stocking complaining loudly about her Job or her home life.when in fact she needs to be working on getting stock out or running a second register. Wish I would have taking a video today.

A great place. Everything is a Dollar hence the name, and a lot of their items are in most stores and it's kinda like wish without waiting a month!

The store is fairly clean. I would give more stars if the Manager Brenda was nicer to her cashiers and didn't see her all the time sitting on the bench right out front smoking. I heard they have an extremely high turn over.

Excellent store! Well stocked, friendly helpful employees. Plenty of parking. Its bigger than most DTs. Love shopping g there! Highly recommended!
