Dollar Tree, Columbus OH

The lady Kiara needs fired. She is rude, unprofessional, attempted to ban me from the store and called the cops when I legit did nothing, and was advised that I was not able to purchase the drinks I came to purchase. To ban someone they have to commit a crime, and you have to legally report it, you can't just decide "oh I'm racists I don't like white people, you're banned" very racists, rude, unprofessional piece of work.

The best dollar tree in Whitehall, lots of stuff. If ur going in there for a couple of things plan on spending more. Luv this place

They had what I needed. However, they were severally understaffed and while I understand, the excessive wait time was horrible!

Picked up a bunch of stuff to fix up my table. They had the cutest watermelon themed items that I got and I got some cute pots well tins to plant some of my plants in. Very clean and very nice store.

I like this location but the guy that works as a cashier is rude.if you don’t want to work! Find about her job. Everytime I come there, he brings bad service to the store. It’s not even welcoming!

This store was very well stocked and the staff was amazing. I will only come here from now on.

Dollar Tree usually have a lot of items.seem like they're cutting back.seem like they're not feeling balloons anymore. Dollar tree usually be packed with people for all their item needs. I noticed also people are going to Walmart more and speaking out saying they can't find things at the Dollar tree like they used to. And they went up in prices and down on items

This store is one of the best and largest Dollar Tree stores in my area. They carry a lot of products that stores closer to me do not carry. Staff is friendly, store is well organized.

Mr Mike Atlas is the assistant manager here & he was so helpful. He even helped me carry out the glassware that I bought. He wrapped them in newspaper & put them in boxes. The whole staff here was AMAZING & I will shop here from now on. Thank you again to all the staff! Unfortunately, I did not get all of the names of the other staff but they did help me find flowers for my wedding centerpieces. Mrs Gene was filled flowers up & was absolutely wonderful & she went above & beyond for her customers. They all need raises here!

This store typically has inventory on its side and i typically come to this location if I've exhausted my resources trying to find the same item at other dollar trees in the area but they are out of stock. The store is typically pretty clean and well organized, however there is 9 times out of 10 a very long line at checkout with only one employee manning the register.

I understand that staffing shortages are an inherent issue at the moment so I do try not to judge and wait patiently.

I have also personally witnessed this location get robbed on 3 separate occasions, luckily no weapons were involved and it was simply people walking out with unpaid for merchandise. Its unfortunate but seems to be a regular occurrence at this location.

Overall, the one staff member i typically interact with at checkout is tired and clearly overworked but if I greet her with a smile and hello I can typically get the same in return.

Great prices, great selection. However, as I was getting checked out one of their employees showed up to work coughing with the sniffles and was wearing her mask the way a 2 year old would, not covering her nose and hardly covering her mouth. I ended up telling my cashier to "Keep the Change" while I got outta there before potentially getting Covid.

Would have given a 4 but had to stand in line so long only 2 register open customer service was good

I think it's unfair that nicer areas tend to have better organization and better quality products

Jean was horrible. She throw my iteam at me and I said you didn't have to throw it at me, she said she's from the South that's not consider throwing. It's tossing it don't matter what you call it you're up North now we call it throwing

Great dollar store! My only complaint is the store was messy but other than that good store.

This Dollar tree store in Town & country is a pig pen.this place is filthy.the cashiers and people in management they are extremely rude. They like to spread gossip about people. (The customers) they are very unprofessional I go there on a regular basis and I spent about _$300 bucks here a month not anymore.
