Dollar Tree, Chardon OH

While the store is nice, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Brad the manager. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and didn't help me in the least. They have a lot of great employees, but this manager is horrendous.

Love this re-opened Dollar Tree. The craft aisle is amazing! Much better selection than some of the smaller stores

This dollar tree has already improved greatly since it first open and has a great selection of holiday decorations, kids toys, snacks, and cleaning supplies.

Found what I was looking for. The checkout person, Tom, was very friendly and helpful as well.

I went into shop for some items I saw on a YouTube video and I like my store in chardon but they didn't have a big selection and they didn't have the things that the girl on the YouTube video had So I asked the people working there what when they get their new inventory and she said well we get it all the time but we're on medium store.is that a medium store she said yeah there's large and extra large stores and those get the better stuff. So I asked where the large and extra large stores were and she said well in Niles there's a large store and in Warren there's an extra large store so I'm going to check it out and see how better the extra large and large stores are and I'll let you know how much better they are bye

Store itself isnt to bad. Customer service is very poor not helpful, they were also out of helium, wouldnt help to see if another store had any. The other stores have told me the chardon location is always out and sending customers to there stores. I dont know why they didn't help check and send me to another i had to look myself witch isnt a issue other then bad customer service.

Poor customer service skills. This is my second time coming in this store in the past week and no one greets me while i’m entering the store. Avette was the cashier I’ve made eye contact whole entering the store will not be doing business here anymore.

I like going into Dollar Tree. I could always stay longer! Today I purchased all paper goods, kitchen baggies and Puffs. I like those bowl, dish plastic covers for storing in refrigerator.
