Dollar Tree, Aurora OH

If you want a nice clean store where the workers are pleasant go to the store in Aurora. The opposite is at the Bainbridge store not good.

Great store, very nice cashier! Was very conscientious as to what items he put in the same bag together! I just love the Dollar Tree!

I’ve been to many Dollar stores but this location was the most organized and cleanest I’ve ever been to. I’d almost forgotten it was here, set back behind Target. Nice, friendly staff too!

Don’t bother find another location! Trust me it’s for your own benefit over the past 2 years I have come to this location only to walk up to the front door to find a sign posted saying they are closed for one reason or another. No other Dollar Trees (or stores for that matter) seem to have this issue so this is just poor management. Today the sign said they had staffing issues and had to close for two hours to unload merchandise. So instead of figuring out how to keep the store open (I know there may be delays and such, yes) they locked the doors and costs all of their customers their gas and time. And please don’t blame the pandemic no other dollar trees seem to go through this. You are better off just finding a different location even if it’s a bit further because this one has so many issues adhering to their store hours posted. I witnessed at least a dozen people walk up only to have to leave. What good is unloading all of your merch if you just lost a dozen customers? Get. New. Management.

We got most of what we were there for. Cashier was alittle grumpy. Only cashier there. Took it with a grain of salt.

This used to be my favorite location, but since the pandemic they have gone downhill. I just tried to go in and grab a few items only to be turned away by the staff leaving saying they're closed. (At 7: 11pm) They're new hours are from 10am-7pm because they are short staffed. I ended up calling and driving into solon to that location which was still open until 9pm. The staff here is still usually friendly. Where they lack now is a lot of times the aisles are cluttered with boxes that need to be stocked, they are frequently out of items I normally buy (paper plates, cotton rounds, parchment paper etc) and the lines are long. Until they get it back to the level it used to be, I'll continue to travel just a little bit farther into solon.

Went for a card, and ended shopping for an hour. Nice party supplies, children art and books. Love the store for small items.

It's was very crowded as expected but could've been a better experience if there was more than one cashier the day before Mother's Day, you'd think they would have been more prepared for the crowds that was expected due to last minute shopping for small things like balloons and flower vases.

This place is looking AWESOME lately. New store manager. Hes done a Great Job.

I love the dollar tree store.this location is convenient for me. I came in today to buy some generic cat food for some outside cats and some gift wrapping supplies. They're short staffed and had to wait in line a little longer than usual but the woman at the checkout was very nice.

Staff always friendly and clean place. Sometimes you luck out with what you find in the book and DVD section.

Lots of empty shelves, more than usual. Second time recently they didnt have what I wanted. Usually this is the best one around but not so much lately.

While I found what I was looking for I was not impressed with the the interior of the store. It was an utter mess! In this time of COVID I would think a better effort would be made to keep the store neat and clean.
