Dollar Tree, Dayton OH

This is still the best place to get your household item's, soap, razor-sharp, shampoo, etc!

Under staffed. (wish people wanted to work) can find just about anything.too bad when they raised prices it's just like going to any other store.

I like this Dollar Tree. It usually has what I want and more. The people who work there are pretty nice and helpful. Some things are out of stock, but this store seems to do a better job at keeping product stocked unlike some of the other locations.

The cashier Linda is very rude, she rolls her eyes, scoffs and sighs at you. She talked bad about other customers while I was there and just generally acts like you're a pest.
I choose to shop here, I could have gone anywhere else and gotten better products. It's very uncool to be treated like this when I'm nothing but polite to all the employees while I'm there. Would definitely recommend visiting different store.

Probably would get better business if you had more than 1 lane open for credit cards.wrapped down an isle while the 2 other registers were empty.lost a few customers today.waited 30 minutes in line while the other cashier's chilled on their phones. Y'all aren't even worth 1 star.

Most of the locations had a lot of unexpected items we bought. Some locations need a bit of organization especially the Sugarcreek/Bellbrook store, what a mess!

Closes at 8: 15 on Wednesday apparently. Love this place but the internet and door sign don't match up with the hours they close.

Manager left register, leaving one cashier with a line going into an aisle, instead of helping get the line down. Cashier, Linda, never greeted us, then threw the bags on the counter. Everybody was, extremely, rude.

Linda is not very polite. I've never witnessed a cashier huff and puff so much over a bill and then make rude comments towards a customer. All I did was hand her my cash and she acted like I ruined her entire day. She didn't even bag my items correctly because she was too busy complaining. Thanks Linda. For those beautiful under the mask comments and not bagging my glass items ‍️

Cleanest and best stocked dollar tree I've been to. Staff was friendly, I'll frequent this store more often.

The manager was a riot. He loved saying no to all our requests and was just delighted when they didn’t have the balloons we were asking for. Like legit giddy he couldn’t provide a requested service *shocked face*. To be in charge of helium and that’s about it must really be hard to navigate. I felt for the gentleman and his misplaced anger but just wanted you to avoid an unpleasant experience if you aren’t empathetic.

Can always seem to find half of what I'm looking for. I'm sure it's my timing vs a lack of inventory on their part. Still always manage to get in and out quickly. My springtime table centerpiece is ready.

My son and I really enjoyed shopping here today. Fantastic array of Valentine cards, reasonable prices and polite clerks.

There was 1 register open with a long line and a group of 5-6 associates standing around talking. They audibly said to each other “maybe we should open another register because THEY are all glaring at us”. Customer service is a joke in here.

The store is very neat and organized, always has new stock going up (but it's not everywhere on the aisles) and the staff is friendly and efficient!
