Dollar Tree, Dayton OH

Never go to this dollar tree my wife was in there as of August 12,2021, and she was berated by the cashier and the manager Jason because her card declined and she had no other method of payment. She asked if she could come back and pay for it with another method of payment and Jason degraded her and humiliated her making her seem like a thief in front of customers and his other employees. He also went to the extreme of taking her name and number down which he later called 30 minutes after the time my wife said that she would come back to pay for the stuff asking if she was coming back. When I her husband went in and spoke to him on this matter he tried to deny it and came up with excuses as of why he the manager could not do his job and was very unprofessional. My family and I do not plan on ever visiting the store again and we apologize for the other employees in the store that have to deal with his Degrading and his horrible professional skills in the workforce.

I always love going in there for deals. Their Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade are great as a late night treat.

Continues to close several hours early. This is the 6 times in a month that I’ve been here and they have been closed. The first time I arrived there at 4: 50PM and they said they were closing at 5PM. Ok. But the last 5 times I have arrived between 5: 10 and 7 PM and there is a sign on the door that said they closed early TODAY but it seems more like a permanent sign than a temporary one apparently. Please update your hours so your customers don’t drive there to find you closed. Very, very frustrating and a waste of gas.

It was hot. There was no air conditioning. The shelves were not stocked and it was not very clean.

The store is nasty, dirty, and disgusting. The shelves are empty and disorganized. The store needs to be closed down. The store is always closing at 5pm. Corporate needs to raise wages if they want to find good help or come down and run the store themselves since I'm sure they are getting paid more than minimum wage!

Good shopping, but needs more employees (to apply). First time that I was in & the store seems to be in somewhat of disarray.

This place is a mess. The employees are insanely rude. They will stop mid check out to check their phone or whatever they want to do. They are hardly ever stocked.

This is a ok location of this store chain. I've been to better and its unorganized somewhat; but otherwise the stock before corona was always well kept up with.

The store is very nice. I purchased a 2021 calendar and went to the checkout. The lady at the checkout was very polite. She was professional and personable. I usually go to the one by the mall, but will come here now.

Disorganized. Dingy/dirty. One older employee alone to handle everyone and rather sad as she was very kind. Management here must have no pride, but I am sure the pay is not worth the work that needs done. People need to shop local and not chain China product stores anyway. I did not find what I was sent for.

People who work here deserve better management, one little old lady working with a line down the row. They don't care how the store runs or looks, just cash people out to make the company's quota up.

Not many DT are kept this organized.

Nice selection. Usually well stocked. One of the managers could use a serious attitude adjustment but for the most part the employees are cordial.
