Dominic's Italian Restaurant, Medina OH

Very disappointed in the seafood Dinner I personally ordered via phone with Dino one of the owners. It was missing the clams. I called because it was a father's day meal for my italian dad who is pretty well know in the italian community and good frutti di Mare (seafood pasta) is a must. I called and made a complaint, they assured me Dino would give me a call and well he never did. I wanted a refund for not getting what I expected or made over correctly. I will never recommend this restaurant to the italian community or any others. Poor customer service and you dont get what you pay for. It would of got a good rating even though it was missing some of the ingredients if Dino would of just took the time and showed he cared by calling me back and correcting it. Not a good 1st impression to our italian community.

Great pizza and menu, very good food, real nice people working there! Had a good lunch there and we will be going back!

I ordered a turkey club wrap for supper last night. Best wrap I have ever had. It was huge. So I only ate half last night and the other half for lunch today. Will definitely order that again. Wow. Thanks Dominic’s for a wonderful meal.

There wasn't alot of meat it was more bread French fries and Cole slaw. It's there big fatty Italian. Hardly any meat and the Manger was didn't care what I thought. She could of offered to take it back and give me something else no even that. For 12.00 not worth.

Delicious to-go Margharita pizza, I tried the personal 9" and it was the perfect size. Crust was flavorful and not over/under cooked. Ingredients were fresh and tasty.

Dominic's has a large menu selection, the food was excellent as well as the service. The chicken philly was very tasty, the peppers and onions were cooked to perfection, slightly crispy not overcooked like most places. My date noticed the Monday special of steamed lobster tails that were steamed to perfection.not rubbery, very flavorful. The lemon cake for dessert was a satisfying end to a great meal. I highly recommend their pizza, meatball subs and salads too.

Chicken & Fish Fry are tasty, pizza, not so much.
4 stars is SOLELY due to the fish & chicken. So we've ordered the Friday night fish fry in the past and their chicken dinners several times. Their chicken fish & jojo's are well seasoned and the chicken is ALWAYS crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside! 10 out of 10 I recommend it! The fish is well cooked and seasoned, never dry or overcooked when we've ordered. I'm not a fan of the cole slaw. It seems to be lacking flavor/very bland and sometimes overdressed. TIP: Order double jojos in lieu of getting cole slaw.

This time I ordered a Margarita pizza with the chicken, and below is what we received. I should have checked the pizza before we left, but I didn't know. We tried to eat it, even though it was burnt, hence the missing piece. The dogs wouldn't even eat it. This ranks pretty high as one of THE WORST pizzas we've ever had, and we eat A LOT of pizza from different restaurants. I'll give them one more shot at pizza in the future just to see if we have the same experience or not. Had we only ordered pizza, this would have earned NEGATIVE STARS.

Cozy, very nice, great food. Last Sunday, all you could eat spaghetti dinner incl.salad and bread, only $5.99. I added meatballs and shataki mushrooms for add'l 3.50.
Have had Bolognese spaghetti.excellent

My family and I have been eating Dominic's chicken for years because it was the greatest. Since the new owner took over, the flavor (salt & seasonings) have drastically changed! And not for the best in my family's personal opinion!

Very disappointed in the pizza size. Ordered two 16" pizzas and they were only 13". Was told this is how they make their pizzas. Huge box but small pizza. Manager didn't seem to care.

2/27/22 waitress NORMA My food was good along with good friends. Really wasn’t happy getting charged an extra $10.00 tip that wasn’t approved on my bank card. Won’t happen again Norma. If you pay with credit CHECK THE RECEIPT

Have been coming here for 15 years or so now. My favorite pizza, hands down. Always perfect. I will always come back and always recommend! Thank you for the amazing food!

Had a party of 5, was seated and drink order was taken very fast. Server came back to take our food orders. Salad came out quickly, appetizer came out 25 minutes later and only after I tracked down our server. Food came out shortly after. My Baked cavatelli with sausage was over cooked, the calzones a little burnt on the bottom. Hope the new owner gets a handle on the business

Ordered wings and skins
Zero sauce asked for sauce brought out garlic and butter?
Asked for sour cream for skins never got it!
Beer was warm and skunky
Father ordered fish it was cold
Took 35 mins to get food only 3 tables was occupied.
Very poor service!

The current owner, is not qualified to be a toilet attendant, let alone a restaurateur. He has, no care for the public, or his customers, nor for the quality of the, the so called "food! ", that he serves, and pays no attention to the customers satisfaction.

If you order from Dominic's in Medina make sure both your LIFE INSURANCE, AND MEDICAL INSURANCE ARE FULLY PAID AND UP TO DATE!

Great Italian restaurant! The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and professional. Emily provided great service and was very nice. I ordered the eggplant Siciliano and my husband had fettuccini alfredo with sausage. The entrees and salads were excellent. The restaurant was clean and organized. I would recommend this restaurant to others. Enjoy!

Worked for stu Mann at this place and he refuses to pay me for my work. Used to love this place but when u don't pay your employees that's not right deff don't recommend this place
