10 No one ever answers phones wanted to ask question kept getting robo

I wouldn't even give this service a one star. First let me say the automatic phone service is trash. Once I finally got through to wait on hold, it hung up on me twice. Ridiculous!
Good Family Guy that came out to my house he was very helpful and explain to me that basically I was giving gas paying for someone's gas did living above me that's why my bill is so high so if anybody has any information on what I can do about it please let me know thanks
Waiting till the last minute to send out the monthly bill.several times received the bill just a day before the due date!
The bill was prepared two weeks ago it shows but someone isn’t mailing it in time (it’s also an “in town mail” can’t blame the postal service, and it should only take a day or two to deliver) all other utilities billing is always on time and ahead of due date. Dominion is the worst: (
The worst phone experience I have ever had. Ever. The automated system kept updating their wait time with longer and longer times and just keeps pushing you to give a call-back number, so I finally gave in. But the system would not accept my 10 digit number followed by pound. 3 attempts, I typed very slowly and deliberately and the system just kept telling me that I did not enter the right amount of digits and then “please call back later, thank you goodbye. ”
This was after 30 mins.
So I call back, spend another 30 mins on hold, while the automated system is still pushing me to insert a callback number. Finally someone picks up. They sound like they are talking through a paper cup and string. I was only trying to transfer my gas service. 20 straight minutes of us trying to speak. Then I was given the wrong information. Now I have to call back.
Had a appointment for today so they can inspect there equipment from 12-4 and they never showed up! Very upset with these people! They made me loose a day of sleep since I work 3rd shift. They need to get there priorities together and be more responsible!
Setting up a service in a new home with nothing inside. Was only given a 4 hour setup window, where someone must be present, and nothing shorter. Customer service rep sounded furious at her job, and could not answer any questions other than repeating the script.
Biggest issue is a 4 hour window to setup a service, on a work day, during work hours. Knowingly forcing people to wait around for no reason, when a better form of communication could be opened up and not force people to wait in commonly empty residences.
I wish I could leave less stars. Can't believe there is no other option than blindly waiting for half of a day

The occasional dedicated and sincere customer service rep does not make up for everything else being terrible.
1) worst customer service I have ever had. Absolutely sounds like a script when they answer. You don't have to love your job, but you do have to do your job; and they don't.
2) absolutely no consistency between customer service staff and any other department. They bounce people around to the absolute wrong department.
3) cannot depend on any part of and promised or pledged action being taken. Even if you demand their name and extension or something like that, it will not be any sort of leverage; whatever they tell you will not happen.
4) you will wait an eternity for anyone to pick up.

Horrible utterly horrible customer service.no one helpful no one cares about their customers here.denies bill help andd tries to defer you to some social services how dare you call yourself a business smh
Our gas was out due to freezing water in the gas line. The employees of Dominion East Ohio worked tirelessly through the night (in negative temperatures) to get the gas back on in our neighborhood. They were very kind and caring and worked until we were all back up and running.
