Dominion Energy Ohio

I currently can’t get ahold of any agents to help me set up an appointment to get my gas turned on. The number provided in previous reviews doesn’t work and is just a recording.

Gas works fine no problems there. Paying with card on phone with their automated billing is ok. Paying the bill is a pain otherwise. All of their online services are terrible and customer service phone calls always have incredibly long waits. They keep telling me to sign up with Autopay, but it has never worked. I cant use my account number to sign up online but for some reason I can pay my bill on the phone with the same account number. They will confidently say everything online works fine and will not help you with your online account issues. Columbia Gas was way better. My suggestion never go paperless with this company and you should be fine.

Absolutely horrible to deal with and incredibly unhelpful. I would rather cancel all services with them and just use space heaters to get through the winter

I've been trying to check my account online for over a week. No matter what time I check, I get a message saying that the system containing my account information is down for maintenance. This message lists the windows of time that maintenance is supposed to be performed during each day of the week and states that the system will come back up shortly if I'm attempting to access my account outside of those windows. I have yet to attempt to check my account during the time frames listed. I haven't even paid my first bill yet. If I could cancel my service and go to another provider, I happily would.

Back in Ohio, Dominion can't go wrong. I usually have a credit balance and with their affordable prices; I'm warm all winter long!
