Domino's Pizza reviews
21 I go there often I prefer Domino's over Pizza Hut, even though Pizza Hut is across
the street, and I only live a block away from from them both. Domino's Pizza has more toppings, and I find the bread Domino's uses too make their Philly's Cheese Stake with, more digestible.
I would very much like to say I appreciate how U D Domino's treats me.
They have given me great service throughout history and the food is amazing. The convenience of being close to home. Thank you UD Domino's! You guys are amazing!
We had not had Dominoes Pizza in years. We decided to do carry out because it is close. We were extremely disappointed. Very minimal sausage. Our tastes must have changed over the years. Did not care for the pizza sauce. The employee on the phone was pleasant as was the cashier. We will not order Dominoes pizza again.
Can this particular store teach the test how to do stuff? Seriously I’ve been ordering here for years and I’ve never been disappointed. They give you EVERYTHING from 200000 napkins to asking how your mom is doing.so happy with their service for the last 6 years.
My daughter and I have celiac disease. We ordered a gluten free pizza last night. They sent us a regular pizza. I'm sitting there like huh they must have changed the pizza.ate a piece thought that is way to delicious to be gluten free. My 11 year old daughter ate 2. I called the store. An employee said they didn't change their crust. I asked to speak to a manager and my husband took the phone. He said they sent gluten free he made it himself. When my husband took the pizza to the store a woman claimed she made it. Smh. All liars. They gave us our money back then. Tried to say cross contamination. Hey that's not cross contamination. That is you didn't do your job! I have been up all night sick as can be. My daughter is sick. All because no one there cared to read a box. Never ordering dominos again! Also might contact a lawyer cause this is not right. My body has been permanently damaged by your carelessness.
I am terribly unsatisfied with the location at the corner of wimington and irvine in dayton. I would like to reach out personally to the g.m. Of this location but the store manager wouldnt give me any more info besides call 1800 dominoes.
We absolutely LOVE this Domino's!
The food is always excellent and hot!
Almost always very quick!
I work for the 2356 in Moraine Ohio. So I know Pizza. I ordered the mix and match special opted for double cheese double pepperoni on one medium two-topping Pizza and double sauce double pepperoni on my other Pizza. Pizza that I ordered double cheese double pepperoni was very skimpy. Very dry.
The food is always great and the delivery really fast. Most importantly they come to my side door everytime so i don't have to interact with the drunk guy who lives up front and the addict that lives in the back. Thanks Domino's! I challenge anyone who dare say something negative about this establishment to a gentlemanly duel.
I have tried to order 2 time's on my app to do carryout will not work I gave tried to take picture on my app for points will not work have used app since it started with no problem but for some reason now I can't do anything! Very Aggravating
While the pizzas are normally hot and the sides are just right, it's the small things this store stumbles on: Everytime I ask for extra cups of sauce or switch out sauces listed on the order, they don't arrive.
Everytime I have an issue and call they either don’t answer the phone or are rude about it. I’m about to start picking my pizza up at a different location
Service was good. Pizza was fair. Some of the toppings were still cold. I only live about 5 minutes from there and started eating as soon as I got home. Guess i could've put it in the microwave.
They have some good offers for UD students. And you get your order within 15mins. Also the staff are great.
Every time i order from here it always tastes great and i i love that one boy named blade he so cute and cool
This store rocks. Always on time and made just how I order it. Can't say the same for other locations at all. None compare to this one.
The folks here are great - been ordering pizza for the last few years since the big Domino's recipe and corporate changes and always had a good experience.
One of best branches. Im willing to drive an extra 10 mins just to pick it up from this store. Lol the funny part is i pass the store that delivers to my house twice because it has a different quality
Best Dominos around! Super friendly drivers! Food is always hot and is amazing every time! Thank you!
Their pizza is very very good. I recommend the Pacific veggie or extravagganza. They probably have some of the best pizza in Dayton. They also are one of the few who have gluten free pizza! Which is very important for my wifey.
Their website USED to be a little buggy. It once seriously emptied a $15 gift card without letting me use it. I tried at a later date at this location and they told me that it was empty. So, I'm out $15. They offered me a $5 discount on a future order because the website wouldn't take my card.
I've had no issues with other payment methods. We still order their pizza pretty exclusively.
EDIT: Their website has improved tremendously and one time they wrote me a card and gave a $5 gift certificate when they forgot to add extra sauce. Moving from 4 star to 5 star since their website has improved and they make good pizza.
EDIT: Domino's is a high quality company. They are willing to admit their mistakes and fix them! They put the customer first. They consistently will hear the customers problem and fix it, without question, even if they lose money. That makes a company 5 stars as far as I'm concerned.
Most recently, we ordered a pizza with extra sauce and they forgot the extra sauce. So they gave us a credit for a free large specialty pizza. They apologized and made it right. Go Domino's.
