Domino's Pizza, Lakewood OH

Our order was messed up. The cheesy bread sticks that we got, were not even cooked all the way, one large box of pizza was missing.

My order was put on the ground when the Lobby was open with a table to set the pizza down. I text in my order that there was a table to put it down in the lobby. There was no need to put the food outside on the ground! Incomprehensible!

Been years since I been here. But very good pizza. But a little over priced just for a cheese pizza.

A Contactless Delivery?

We order pizza from this spot at least 3 times a month, it was GREAT for a long time. And then, suddenly, things were getting forgotten, etc. I thought the problems were being fixed. Ok. Today, I ordered as we do, there’s a HUGE BANNER that says “this will be a contactless delivery. ” I hit Confirm. So why, 40 minutes later is my pizza marked delivered and there’s no pizza? I was told that the driver knocked (doubtful) and then left without delivering the order. (?) First, no one knocked. We’ve been here the whole time. Second, it’s always a “leave it on the porch” situation. All of a sudden, this is a problem? So frustrating. SO frustrating, now we’re starving and have to figure out dinner because I don’t want a pizza from an hour ago to be re-delivered. If we can get back to the excellence before the last three months, that’d be great. As of now, this place is a bummer.

Although I do Love their food, the service today was very lack luster. The young lady answering the phone was very bored at taking my order.
Upon asking her how much the chicken wings are she annoyingly told me that she didn't know how many I wanted therefore could not give me a price.
Isn't it her job to tell me what they have, and how much it cost then let me decide?
Even if I don't want to be at work I'm going to give my customers the best of me regardless, that's how I do business.
Close to writing Domino's off my pizza list.
Almost forgot, after I placed the order anyway they called me back a short while later stating that they don't deliver to my address.think I'm done.

Domino's is our go to for cheap, good, quick pizza. The Lakewood location is for sure one if the best. Very professional, fast, and helpful.

Disappointed at the service. I wanted to make a delivery order and take a large pizza and chicken wings. By the time a gave my order the guy who took it switched with someone else and the other person wanted me to give the order from the beginning. I told them once again my order and while i was speaking i was told “Hurry up we don’t got all night” I tried to go there and make the order at the store but when i got there they closed the doors and it was only 11 pm. Dominoes close at 1 am on a Saturday night.
Those who work there are rude and don’t respect the closing hours. I am never ordering there anymore.

Yeah. Someone here is very sketchy. We ordered food online and even got a confirmation email about the order but someone from the restaurant called and was trying to get us to give our card information again saying it didn’t go through.ok haha no. That sounded sketchy as you know what. Then we ask nevermind just cancel the order and the guy had the nerve to be like “we can’t do that, I need your card number again. ” We hung up but it was very scary. Not good business.

Taylor and Cora are the ones who usually deliver my orders and they’re both seriously so pleasant to deal with! Always a smile on their faces, and always the best attitudes! ️ They’re the reason I keep coming back!

I was just told by the store manager that he doesn't care if people eat.and was okay with losing 3 customers.they ran out of a certain dough and one of the customers "me" only had enough to pay for the regular dough. "My job is to sell and make a profit" I said "so you are okay with losing the whole order because they think that sucks too" and he said "yeah"

Great service. They delivered my pizza in 15mins. The only bad thing is that it's Domino's which we all know isn't the best tasting pizza. But they do well with what they have. Worth an order.

They forgot to place the order and when they reialized that they returned our money and made a free new order

Best guest experience, workers are friendly and motivated. Order here 3-5 times a week for over a few months now. Always consistent. This sounds really corny but I’m 100 percent serious, keep it up Lakewood dominos!

I'm mildly ashamed to say my girlfriend and I order pizza from here way too often. We've never had an issue with delivery drivers, customer service, or quality of the pizza. On several occasions, they forgot to include the dipping sauces we ordered, but we never complained about it - it wasn't worth having them drive all the way back to drop off a $0.50 cup of blue cheese.

Very impressed all around with my experience at this location. Delivery was fast, food was hot and delicious. Delivery driver was very friendly. Great job!

Don't have anything to complain about they seem to always do your orders correct and they're always hot and ready.

The pizza was good, just not very impressed with the staff. I had made a couple other stops before coming to pick up the pizza, well, I guess they thought I took too long because as I was coming in the door I heard two employees talking the first said "I don't think she's coming for it" the second said "then fart on it. " I get that it was meant to be humerous between them, but I wasnt amused.

I ordered a pizza the app said that it would be 20 to 30 minutes I waited an hour and 15 minutes for them to tell me that they came to my house and nobody answered the door. Which I know is wrong because I have four small yapping dogs that would definitely a bark their face off. So now I'm going to work without any food great job Domino's

Always a great experience! Even if there is a mix up on our order, Dominos makes it right. Love y'all!

They forgot to bring what we order a 2liters coke. So we have to wait again in 10mins. It's not supposed to be like that.
