19Got 2 pizza’s on Friday around noon, never seen a Domino’s skimp out on toppings. Ordered a medium with pepperoni and jalapeños, barley had any toppings. Same for my other pizza. Weather was getting nasty, didn’t go back. Usually a good spot.
Closed during open hours, no indication ordering for pickup. Pay your workers better and you won't have staffing issues.
So I was put on hold for 25 min then called back and was hung up on! Then called back and they were closed! I wish they had a negative star rating!
They cancelled my order on two separate occasions, I guess they don’t want any business here… oh well, thanks.
Why is your phone always off and online ordering doesn't work? And last time I went on a Friday at 5pm, your doors were locked yet there was a female employee inside making food. She waved me away when she saw me at the door.
Don't bother. Placed an online order and after 10 minutes my order was canceled. Tried to call the store and got the store closed message.
Parma Heights location: changed rating from 5 stars to 1 due to items paid for but not delivered or reimbursed (twice) and phone persistently busy for 2 days (greater than 10 attempts to call)
I picked up 2 pizza at parma hts today 1/21/2022 at around 6: 30pm. When I got home->one pizza was great the other was wrong!
I reorderd the 2nd pizza oline, because I couldn't get through to the store by calling. Then, I tried to call the store again to tell them what happened and I got a recording saying the store is closed. But-online it tells me the order is baking. WTH
I have order from this store before and when I got there, is was closed!
Sorry, I'm not going to drive to a store that has a recording saying their closed. I guess I'll have to call customer service tomorrow to see if someone can help make things run a little smoother for everyone. I truly undstand that this is a hard time to find people who want to work. So sometimes you have to close. Please- find a way to properly be in sync with the telephone and online ordering. Worker are frustrated and so are the customers who are trying to feed their families.
All around awful experience tonight. Food was cold and took 90 minutes to arrive. If you are short delivery drivers, I understand, but let people know before they order. They were also out of Coke, which they let us order, and instead of bringing another drink or letting us know, we were given a "credit" for future drinks.
By the time this situation ended, I had been to the store itself to try and find my food, and then had to go to a gas station to buy beverages. And then the food was almost inedible. I wont be ordering from this location again, and to say I am displeased is an understatement.
Communication is key- if I am paying 50 dollars for dinner, I deserve to know if there is going to be delays, if food is not available, and if there are staffinf shortages.
Tried ordering 3 times from this location but they closed early each time and didnt even have the courtesy to call to tell me my order was cancelled
They never pick up the phone at this location. The online ordering hasn't been working recently. You would figure they would want your business?
I had to find out what all the bad reviews were about, went there ordered 2 large pizzas waited out in my car, and about 15 minutes later the girl motioned to me that they were done, they were made the way I had asked and still hot when I got home with them, and, they tasted very good, maybe there are too many perfect people looking for who knows what, but I will definitely go back again.a large 3 item pizza for 7.99, how can you go wrong.
I called before Domino's Pizza closed. No one picked up. Because of the reviews I read. I'm going to recommend going and talking instead of ordering online or by phone. I don't know more so I can't say more about Domino's Pizza. I hope I can get to it so I can try my recommendation but that's a long walk inorder to get pizza from Domino's.
This location is the only Dominos I order from anymore. Their service ROCKS. And they've rarely forgotten items. And it's CLEAN inside.
I ordered via the app, when the status didn't change for 45 min we called the store. The manager Kevin said it was leaving now. I live 4 min from the store, approx 15 min later I get a call from the driver claiming he couldn't find my house and his GPS stopped working. I had to stand outside and direct him to my house while on the phone with him. When I received my food my pizza was room temp, he forgot my garlic sauce and the icing for my cinnamon knots. We called and spoke to Kevin he said because I ordered via the app he couldn't refund me but he would leave a credit for my order at his store where I could call and place an order next time. I will update once I place my correction order
The food is good ever since they added garlic. But at my location the quality is very low lately. It used to be very on point, but i suppose post-pandemic everyone has to deal with newcomers, which i understand. But my complaints are always answered with a coupon rather a admittance of a problem and how theyll rectify it. Why would i want 20% off more low quality food? My last order was just the end of it, they dont cut the pizza throughly so the slices are always torn and messy, they skimp on the cinnamon sticks cinnamon topping and the buttery flavor is replaced by what appears to be undercooked dough. And to topnit all off the famous pizza tracker is inaccurate because the ownership wont pay to update the system, which means the delivery people get less tip because the ownership wont show them they back them up. Its small wonder people dont want these jobs when you have lose-lose situations for these hard working delivery drivers. If they can fix their issues and reach oit to say so, im all ears, but they havent thus far despite more than 4 different complaints along the same lines of this last order, so i will not be expecting it, just like the wuality for this place that should be better. The soda is ice cold and the pizza flavor is on point but the little details make it difficult to love.
We've had our share of bad experiences with this location. We had placed our order before and waited over two hours and got no response. We had to call in 4 times to find out there was no delivery driver and nothing was posted about long wait times. I had to drive over to get our food and they gave us our order for free (which was nice). This time we ordered our food and it took over two hours and we never received our order. Ended up cancelling the order because they would have to remake the order and it was going to take at least another hour for us to get our food. This means we would have waited 3-4 hours for our order. They had good customer service when we had a bad time, but the wait times is insane.
Horrible. My wings were not ready. Then they said wait in your car. We will bring them out to you. I waited 15 minutes. Walked back in. Wings were just sitting their. Two employees just outside horse playing.
Wings not crispy or dressed properly when I called to inform them they forgot our salad and the wings were not correct the additional attitude from the manager was overwhelmingly rude
