Domino's Pizza, Cambridge OH

So after months of refusing to eat here from such a bad experience my kids wanted bread bites so I gave in and couldn’t get the online ordering to work but called in and they were super courteous and helpful and when the food arrived it was super hot and delicious so much happier with my experience this time!

Very nice and courteous staff. The building is a clean and calm environment. And food is always right and never late.

Food was supposed to b done at 9: 06 got there like 9: 25 texted I was there an didn’t get my food till 9: 45 crazy

The day shift employee's are very great, kind, and happy down town cambridge. It is always fresh, made the way you order, and hot for the stomach. This is a good spot.

I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 13 minutes. I also tracked the order and it was done. I texted here when I arrived out front and I waited 15 minutes for them to bring it to the curb. The pizzas were cold!

They make you stand outside and call to bring someone to the door. Then they won't take your card to process payment - they try to make you phone that in, too. I told them to keep their pizza. We won't be back. This. Is. Ridiculous.

There was a literal, mf insect in our pizza. It looked like a Maggot. I have pictures and will be sending them to corporate (as he was baked into the cheese). If they want to be lazy, sometimes the magically don’t deliver to your house, and your past order history can also become missing in the event you attempt to prove yourself correct.

Ordered multiple times, the one time they messed on our pizza and we asked to remake it. They came back and said we was “out of delivery” area (We live in the area) and can’t come back and bring anymore orders to us. And still messed up the pizza.

Called in to try and place an order and the person who answered after I asked if they delivered to an area said no call call the byesville dominos when I live in Cambridge and when I called back to explain I live in Cambridge he yelled and said I said we don’t deliver out there and hung up. This place has a Terrible employee and I won’t get dominos again. Terrible

Philly cheeses steak barely had any meat on it. I added the extra meat when placing order. I travel a lot and order from domino's in many different states. This is the first time I received an order as poor as this. Also, a fork would've been nice with my salad as well.

Ordered a pizza was never delivered contact at them manager was rude. Still never got my pizza. And was charged.

It's always something with this place everytime I order something seems like they always forget to bring my sauces that I just paid for I'd bet they owe me for $20 for all the sauce they never brought but charged me for. But I still would try to give them the benefit of the doubt maybe they were busy or whatever but yesterday did it for me I WILL NEVER order from them again I was at work and ordered my daughter, niece and nephew dinner and when the guy delivers it first off was just going to leave it on the porch without even letting them know lucky one seen him sitting it on the porch but then when they get it into the house they open the one pizza and it looked like he had dropped it flipped it and shook it around the pizza was all bunched together it looked horrible and when I call them the guy acted like it was just no big deal to take someone good that looked like that after they just paid all that money for and not once did he say sorry or say that they would make it right and replace the pizza or a credit nothing so they definitely lost my business forever I don't care how much my kid likes it we will get it when we are out of town so it's not from this location it was right down horrible the way we got treated so I can and will take my business elsewhere.

Used to get my pizza to me within 20-25 minutes consistently but within the past 3 months it takes more than 45 minutes everytime. Kinda blows

Has restrooms and seating. This is very impressive trust me. Warm but very clean despite this being ideal climate for germs so hard to do. Great Manager’s Special ‘St Judes Meal Deal. ’
When I saw chain pizza desserts always felt they looked cheap so didn’t wanna dish out $7 bucks for product that left you feeling unsatisfied. But they are better than they look. May not have homemade consistency satisfaction-wise buuut are good for snacking quality just are the whole box not on purpose for brookies. And I did not even feel like it. Premade and then warmed up first time trying it.
You know how brownies can be from 1 to $5 per slice. A square of 9 at $5.50 is deal. They are also ideal for milkshakes. Rating wise taste is even I think with Papa Johns brownies pan.

I called the store at approximately 1115 pm to verify the closing time and if there was a driver available for delivery, a polite young woman believed to be named Kylie answered the phone and confirmed they could deliver and were open until 1am. We said we would call back as soon as we had our order ready. Less than 5 minutes later we called and man Jandk Jackson pretending to speak a foreign language and laughing answered the phone and then hung up on us when we asked for another staff so we could understand to place an order. We called back and he answered speaking English and rudely said they do not deliver to our location. When we said his coworker already confirmed you do a few moments ago, he was rude and hung up again. I called from another number and was hung up on for a 3rd time. My coworker placed an order for pick up and the manager Kathryn Curtis was rude to her in person as well. She attempted to throw my coworker out of the store for trying to tip Diego, who actually helped us and checked her out. Management needs to listen to how their staff treat customers. The date is 10-25-19 the time frame was 1115 to around 1140pm.

Service was kind and welcoming but the pizza tasted awful hardly any suace very little cheese. I am glad there is one byeville so I can still enjoy taste of domino's

Ordered pizza, waited for an hour and 20 minutes and it never showed. Called to cancel order because I had to leave for work. Person that answered the phone said they still had not left with my pizza. Asked for a refund and was told I would get a complimentary something for my troubles. Nothing was ever credited to my account like they said. Won't be ordering from them again.
