Domino's Pizza, Columbus OH

This store is the best! Employees are friendly, and truly do work hard to make the best products. My orders are always correct, hot, and fresh. Delivery personnel are always on time, friendly, and represent their store really well. I don't have one bad word to say about this stores' people, food, or delivery. They're a top-notch crew. I have full confidence when I order from them. Great people, great food. You guys are the best! Thanks for all you do! It IS appreciated.

Not the best experience and we order from here all the time. I placed my order at 5: 26, there was no movement on the dominos tracker for 25 minutes. When I tried to call in the check on the status of my order, I sat through the hold intro message and I was hung up on - never talked to an employee. They also forgot something in my order and had to go back to get it. I can deal with them being 15 min over the latest estimated time but I didn't appreciate being hung up on.

I'm not really a fan of Domino's but will go here for the great deals. The pan pizza is pretty damn good though.

Ordered at 12: 41 and was given a 27-36min delivery time. Arrived cold, at 2: 09p.m. The nice kid on the phone did give me a credit for a free medium pizza next time. Doubt I'll waste $$ here again though. It was before 1p.m on a Wednesday FFS.

I ordered a pizza today at 5: 45pm est, half bbq and half pepperoni. Dominos said it would arrive between 6-6: 30pm. The pizza arived at 7pm EST and half the pizza was burnt (picture attached). That said, I called Dominos back and spoke with the manager Josh (on a recorded line). I let him know i was upset because I waited over an hour for a pizza and it arrived burnt. Initially he said he would send us a new pizza but I expressed my dissapointment further and then he said because I gave him an attitude and was upset he will no longer send me a new pizza or refund me. That said, josh and this company is extremely petty, unprofessional and I'm dissapointed with the fact that Josh and his company won't take accountability for selling us a burnt pizza and fix the mess they made. Very unprofessional and I will not be ordering here again.

I've ordered from the Dominos on Lockbourne 3 times now. We have done carry out every time. Customer service is always very nice, and the pizza is always good. Love their crust! Rated 4 stars only because the access to their driveway into the parking lot has so many potholes its almost hard to get in without damaging your car, hope they fix it soon.

Well mannered. And replace the order if have to. I'm not going to complain. Orders get messed up in every restaurant. I rather speak to the ladies at the store.
These new thing "call center" lady was lost and confused when i called back for update on my order. She said it be delivered un 20 minutes.
But i ordered it for carryout and 25 minutes was up.

Tbh i dunno why the other reviews dont understand that they are in Ohio, what did they expect

I haven't had food delivered to my house ever. I just pick it up, but that wasn't an option tonight. I ordered online, and they had it here within 20 minutes and it was all correct, even the extra 6 sauces my daughter had to have. The delivery guy was Anthony and he was very prompt and polite. I didn't have high expectations going into this, so way to pull through for us. We hungry

Sometimes the pizzas end up a bit too greasy for my liking but the vast majority of the time they're very good.

Manager is rude kept my money never got my order and told me to get out. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Service is awful here. After today we are not ordering from this dominos ever again. The workers are so rude, my fiancé said hi I need to check on my order and the workers screamed WAIT and put him on hold. Called again and the same thing happened. We ordered 2 hrs ago and just wanted to know what was going on.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One of them was wrong called the store and talked to Joshua tried to explain that the pizza was wrong. He told me very rudely that I was in the wrong I said maybe there is a glitch. He then rudely tells me that I'm getting smart. He did offer to replace it after going back and forth with him for several minutes. At this point I don't even want the new pizza. I'm over this rude store and will never order from them again. Should have just ordered from Donatos or Masseys. If you don't want to waste your money or time just don't bother with this store

Good pasta last night, on time ish delivery and the food was hot.

Ordered food over an hour ago and pizza tracker is still stuck on prep. Tried to call numerous times and the system hangs up after 3 rings. Hit the option to place an order and it was an answering service that's not even the actual location. She tried to transfer us and same thing.disconnect after 3 rings.

Update: husband had to physically go to the store to cancel the order. They hadn't even put it in yet.just sitting there. Worst dominos.

If u need ur food within a certain time.do not order from here a promised time is NEVER ACTUALLY PROMISED and they look at u and say.what do u want me to do.when standing g there and the foods yet to be even started at the PROMISED time.the good was still good though

Horrible! Our thin crust pizza wasn’t cooked. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. I will be ordering from any place other then Domino’s!
