Terrible experience I had only 30$ to eat dinner today I ordered online and the order was successfully placed they advertise delivery was what I placed to a couple minutes later my order being canceled by Kristine instead of giving a call to let me kno that there was no driver no she simply canceled my order and I called and she said my money will be returned in 3 to 5 business days false delivery advertising my last $30 till Tusday guess I’ll go hungry today kristine. 0 starts for you!

Put in a timed order.they forgot about it was waiting an extra 20 mins.they were so much in a rush that everything was not baked properly

Poor quility of food I also did not receive my complete order when calling the location all the lady says is well add a credit to the next oder this is the second time this has happen and when called this time to place the oder guess what the last credit was no where to be found but yet they charge my card for the full order.

First of all they have two sets of doors. The one set of doors are locked and not marked please use other exit with a sign which makes it difficult for handicapped people then you got employees parking right in front of the building where Patriots should be parking to wear handicapped people have to struggle to get to your business won't be back there with food wasn't all that great either

My wife ordered six pizzas for a work party qt her job. She called and hour and half early on a Wednesday evening. We were told 25 min to pick up. Gave them 30 min, went in to pick up and were told orporate call center did not place the order to them. My wife put in order again at $65.00. I walked out fuming. Told wait another 20 to 25 min! I called same " corporate" number to complain and store manager picked up. He told me it was his store and apologized for inconvenience. Im tire of apologies for wrong orders, time wasted, money wasted, etc at. McD's, BK, etc. These businesses plainly just DON'T care about us, their customers. Take us or. No more business with franchise establishments. I'll find a mom and pop shop and give them my money! Update: My wife came out of the store. We ordered three pepperoni, two sausage, and one cheese. We received six cheese. My wife was furious and complained same manager. He took $50.00 off, but who wants cheese pizza. We ended up at Rascal House $40.00 out the door. D Manager and co. Messed up order deliberately after my initial complaint or they are illiterate, uneducated fools who cannot even read a computer screen. Again, they don't care.

Placed an order at Dominos on Memphis and Ridge Rd at 830p and at 915p I received a text message stating that they canceled my order. I called and was told, sorry but no delivery driver. Really!
You couldn't call me to see if I wanted to pick it up!
I called twice to speak to the manager and was given the run around. Whatgreat customer service.not.

Had an issue with placing an order online using there online gift cards and ended up going to the store to have their wonderful staff give us the whole order on the house!
They are absolutely amazing! 10/10 definitely recommend this location. Will he coming here a lot

20-35 minutes means 1 1/2 hours and cold pizza. You’d think when you’re ordering online and tipping well, in the hopes of actually getting your pizza on time, something would change. But nope. What’s worse is it’s not usually the drivers fault since they make them deliver to too many places on one run. Seems they either need help or to close up shop.

The food was excellent. I did get carside delivery and my pizza was a little bit late. So I got a free pizza out of the 2 minute guarantee deal.

And then I realize that there was only one person working inside.

This store definitely needs help. I don't know if they are just short staffed or what. Any time you order please take into consideration that the wait time will be at least double than what is stated. Delivery drivers are always super nice so i feel bad. Orders arnt even being made until an hour after order is placed. Hopefully corporate can get these guys some help.

Buy online only, otherwise you pay way more to go inside order. Our bill online is $11.98, inside they wanted to charge $27.34. Big difference!

This location should be listed as pick up only. 5/6 times we've ordered we were told "sorry, no drivers". Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere

It's come to my attention to my lovely friends that this in particular Pizza truly tastes like cardboard pieces. I'm not much of a pizza person but this pizza is the most horrendous pizza I've ever had. I Officially apologize to the ones that I have to work and affiliate themselves to the owners and staff that is part of their family and friends etc and I am truly sorry but this is the worst pizza I've ever had

This place sucks! Everytime we order from this location there is some kind of issue and the workers are RUDE. Drive the extra mile and go to a different store.

Probably my favorite lower priced chain store pizza. Their app for ordering is very convenient paired with carside delivery at the store.

Ordered pizza before and it was ok. Last time was undercooked. It was also first time ordering wings. They are wierd and spongy. My whole crew didn't like them. The texture is just not like a normal wing. No thanks. The workers were nice. But the food is not good.

Pizza is always disgusting. Even when they try to make it well. The dough is not made right sometimes. This last order had a clear moist substance on it. I just called to see if they got my order, because it was taking an hour to make I was being very nice. They never responded to me and only said they were making online orders. It took them two hours to deliver it. Missing some of the order like usual. The delivery driver was nice though. I gave them a chance for years. After seeing my food getting tampered with I'm done. Hopefully they liked my generous tip. I'm erasing their app and never ordering there again. Good luck.

This Domino’s Pizza is TOP TIER it beats the other Domino’s pizza. They have THE best Philly cheese pizza. Keep up the good work.

How ever I have always gotten the 7.99 and its no longer on special but a girl walked in behind me and got the deal. Now they keep records somewhat that all I have ever ordered then the excuse was I didn't ask don't call me a liar thats the only one I have when he said no I even ask of any specials he saId no.
