Domino's Pizza, Newton Falls OH

After 14 mins checking in with hazards on son went in to retrieve pizza had to send a screen shot and call because they refused to give him his order 22 mins later he got his cold food

Just ordered an extra large. Apparently 50% off a pizza means you get 50% less of each topping. 11 jalapeños and 8 pieces of tomato on an extra large pizza. Just pathetic

Hard workers working over there! Doing their best work ever! Making the yummiest pizzas in town, for miles and miles around!

The staff here are very polite and enjoy their job. The restaurant is very clean. The trash cans are kept emptied. The food we ordered is fresh and hot. Delicious. Thank you for our dinner!

Kyle should be fired very mouthy laughs at you. Along with the the other 4 guys standing around doing absolutely nothing. Avoid this domino's at all cost. Ask for a number to speak to someone with out the smart mouth. He said they have no number.

Ran very well, have went inside and also delivered many many many times. Super close to me also, so fast delivery times and the food is always good. One of the best Dominos around my area

They say they are open until 12 but they are always closed when we call at 10. Management seems to need more training, or new ownership

What gets me is if I call for delivery they say Im out of delivery range yet they will drive directly past my house on their deliveries. Ill see them go by several times a week. Its not worth the hassle. Ordered a few pizzas today pick up of course and I do understand the brooklyn is slightly greasy but this was ridiculous. Soaked through the box clear onto my table a greasy mess. It could definitely be ran a little better. I know corporate office and their team is super picky and wants things done a specific way consistently and you dont get that with this location. Some of the employees seem really nice while others don't seem to care one way or the other. Think we are done ordering from this location.

Every time I order dominos its always quick to get here, and always just what I wanted. They have never messed up my order before.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken ranch pizza (specifically emphasized that I wanted EXTRA Buffalo sauce) and of course I get it and it’s just loaded with ranch and chicken no sauce. A Buffalo chicken pizza with no Buffalo sauce.asked for a refund on just that pizza and of course they said no. All they could do was take a whole other hour to make it or give me a store credit (which is pointless seeing how I never eat domino’s largely in part to things like this) so I guess I just donated money to dominos tonight.

Called the store 4 times for it to just ring.walk in there and there’s approximately 6 people standing around saying the phone didn’t ring.ordered a bread bowl that was so dry, had no butter or seasoning on the bread.poured alfredo all over the box.very disappointed in the service

They say 40 they show up in 30, you ask for crispy it comes crispy everything is always quick easy and exactly what you want

This dominos has seen significant improvement! Seriously. Its a hell of a lot better than it was! Kudos to the people working this store!

The people running the delivery is mercurial and inconsistent. I had delivery to a speciffic address last night with no issues but, somehow, they don't deliver out here now.

The person on the other end is a liar and just doesn't want to do her job.
