Domino's Pizza, Logan OH

One of the better locations I've been to. Pizzas we're actually good and had some cheese and toppings on them not just crust and sauce. Easy to get in and out of. Will order here again.

So 4 stars because whoever set up the women's restroom did NOT set up to be vertically challenged friendly. I couldn't see myself in the mirror and had I been even a foot shorter (I'm 5'6) I wouldn't have been able to wash my hands. I ordered 2 pizzas for my family (they're not very big pizzas to begin with) and was charged $30 for them when on the wall there was a "Manager's Special" about how you got a 5 topping pizza for $10 but 1 was $18 and the other was $15.

I ordered a Philly cheese steak sub from Logan dominos and it has no steak whatsoever and pepperoni and salami. Anyone else make their Philly cheese steak like this

Have never messed up on any of my orders and it’s always hot when I carry out. Delivery has been a little slow the last few times I ordered. The food was still hot and everything was right. I only had to call one time and ask them what was going on with my order because I was about to leave for work and they still wasn’t here yet and I wanted a few slices b4 I went to work cause I mainly got it for the people at the house. That being said that’s the only issue that it took almost 50mins from ordering to get the food and the store is only 5mins away from the house if you’re in a car. That’s why I have 4 star and not 5

Worst service ever please anybody don't go there because they have a worker that decides they don't want to give people back the correct change I gave a $20 bill and only got $4 back and my bill was $7.49 and I called and talked to a manager that didn't do me any good cuz she said let me talk to the worker and then she tried saying that he did hand me the correct change back so I just pretty much told her heck with you guys and you'll never get service from me again

I just placed an order thru the Domino's app & within moments my phone was ringing. It was a Domino's employee. Carol was calling to let me know that they were out of pasta until tomorrow.

But, she was so extremely good about offering to credit my account or make something else in place of the breadbowl we ordered we were ok with the substitution.

Carol's customer service was almost impressive enough for me to give Domino's 5 stars tonight despite having ran out of pasta? !?

The Domino's in Logan, OH was outstanding. We got the pizza delivered and it was as hot as if just came out of the oven

This is the worst Domino's I have ever been too. The staff there is rude and not helpful
Instead fixing mistakes they will either ignore their phone or argue with you.
Pizzas were not made right. One pizza I ordered had no sauce on it and it was burnt

The last 3 times I’ve ordered “Caroline” instantly cancels my order, then when I call says “carry out only” I have friends working the location. They have drivers. This is getting PATHETIC. Learn to run a business.

I ordered boneless chicken wings what I got were small pieces of popcorn chicken. The were not chicken wings. Terrible

We came to town for vacation and had pre ordered at another pizza shop. They took our money and said they were closed when I went to pick it up. Thankfully Dominos was there and the gentleman at the front was nice enough to give me a buy one get one free. It was incredibly nice of him and really turned the night around.

I haven't had Domino's pizza in years. Very good pizza and it was brought to us on time.

Ordered a meal. Spent 50 bucks. Waited an hour and at that point i called and come to find out the manager Caroline had canceled my order before she left. Leaving a runner to close and answer my call.

I was to receive 3 small gluten-free pizzas and a Sprite 2 liter.and I got my pizzas and they were sauceless after specifying what sauces I wanted and a Diet Coke. I called and they got me the Sprite after I called and was told I wrote down Diet Coke (where on the sticker on the box said Sprite as well as my app receipt said Sprite) so once we got that go to our pizzas (that are now cold) and sauceless.they should have been BBQ, garlic parmesan, and alfredo. We called back for the third time and was met with a rude employee (female) who said the GM wasn't there. Then she said the GM was in. The GM (Carol) tried to argue with us and said that they didn't know corporates number. When I asked about corporates number she demanded the pizzas back and rudely argued that she made them/weighed them.
*Whenever we've had issues with other food places they'd say for us to toss it and they'd remake to fix their mistake. Not demand food back. *
I spent 40 dollars for 3 small pizzas and for the way we wanted sauce (not lightly sauced!). But when there's no sauce on them my children are 2yrs and they have to eat with sauce on the pizza or else the gf bread too tough. These pizza are DRY!
This has now been a 2 hour endeavor of me trying to get dinner for my family.
And upon further discovery of the inedible pizzas- sauceless and crust is burnt on all 3 of them! There is no customer care team to answer to the complaint just a text chat bot to email back to.

Ordered take out, all the food was done right and I received what I ordered in 20 minutes. That's a five star in my book.

I ordered a pizza lightly baked. It was raw. I mean doughy raw. It stretched from being so raw. Then when I called to tell them abt it (very politely) she said rudely that's how they make 'lightly' baked. Really? Raw to the point you CLD get sick from eating it? After explaining 3 times why I cldnt eat it, she said I wld be put in the back of the delivery line and I have to give the raw pizza to the delivery dude. GLADLY! This is my last time ordering from Dominos. Oh and btw, the exact same thing happened months ago when my b/f ordered from there. Never again.

Nastiest Dominos I've ever ate at. It looked like grease was poured all over the pizza, and the cheese stix were all lopsided. I don't know if it was garlic sauce poured all over it, but if so we didn't ask for that. Don't know how anyone would go back a second time. Service was fine, but the food went straight in the trash. $35 wasted. This was on May 25th, 2021.

Called and ordered 4 pizza's told it would be 15 to 20 minutes waited 20 minutes went in was told it would be a couple more minutes waited another 10 to find out they only made 2 of my pizzas so in total have waited more than an hour

Order was wrong. I understand new people.training. Boy oh boy what horried manners and the phone skills were that of a toddler!

I always get great tasting pizza, never burnt or under cooked, and it's always been what I ordered. It is also ready in a timely fashion.
