Domino's Pizza, Blue Ash OH

I wish I could leave a review, but they never delivered my pizza. I called at 8pm, an hour after I placed my order it, I called to just cancel it. The guy laughed and said 'it's been a crazy night, I'll contact the driver and have him turn around'. No apologies or anything. It would be one thing if this was the first time, but this has happened twice from this same location. Looks like I'll be going someplace else from now on!

Avoid this Dominos location! The person running this location is super rude! Better off to go to the Dominos location at on Cincinnati Columbus Rd, the people at this location are awesome!

According to the rude employee at this location on Cornell they will not give out plates which is an inconvenience!

The deep dish with pepperoni, banana peppers, and cheddar dark bake is one of my favorites. I really like the habanero chicken sandwich too!

Thanks so much as always! Our delivery driver always goes above and beyond for us! Anthony definitely deserves recognition, he is one of the top people we’ve ever dealt with in Customer Service! Again thanks to all involved great job as always! We absolutely love you guys!

We ordered a pizza (about 2 hours ago at this point) and they DELIVERED IT TO A GUY "WALKING A DOG! " The manager even admitted this! But when we asked for a refund he called us liars and said he wouldn't give us a refund. Then he hung up on us TWICE! Refused to listen to anything we had to say, and we called once when the app said it was "delivered" and once when it still wasn't here after an hour. Didn't matter to him. Refused to give us his name. Unfortunately we will have to be calling corporate because he refused to help us.

EDIT: We found out the GM's name. It's Keith. Anthony the driver abandoned our pizza with some "guy walking his dog" and Keith decided that instead of following up with Anthony he should hang up on customers and refuse to refund them any money. Nice attitude guys.

This Dominoes is amazing. Every time my order is correct. The food is hot and tasty. Every time, it's so fast. My order is ready for pickup within 15 minutes, every single time. The employees are very nice and always friendly. They are always very helpful if I have any questions. I never get the feeling that they are frustrated or rushing to get me gone. Just rushing to make me a happy customer that keeps coming back! Definitely deserve 5 stars.

First pizza was harder and colder than the box it was in, sub was kinda warm but looked like it had been sitting for a day then re microwaved. They sent another pizza and it was barely warm. First and last time I order from this place.

Hmmm! Great pizza! Fast pizza! Greasy cheezy pizza! Drool! Awesome wings! Cheesy bread! And desserts! Bou chicka wow wow! Chica WoW WoW!

I rarely give 5 stars, but they deserve it. Fresh, hot, good topping, crust tastes great. Ordered easily online, curbside pick up and home in no time. Cincinnatians love LaRosa, but I say domino's should get a chance to impress

We ordered here for the first time this past Tuesday. Took advantage of the $5.99 deal and got 4 different medium pizzas and the cookie/brownie dessert. Our food arrived within 30 min of ordering, fresh and hot! We haven't had Domino's in years but will definitely be ordering again. It was very good! I'm not sure if we just got lucky based on other reviews but I'm glad our experience was great.

My pizzas are usually good from here but the one I received recently was not good at all. I ordered a medium bacon and jalapeno and the pizza is basically just jalapenos and maybe 10 pieces of bacon. I'm very unsatisfied!

One star is for the pizza it self. Never been to this location before. Wasn’t expecting Attitude while walking in the door. Katelyn was very aggressive with asking us what we were here for? Made it very uncomfortable. Essentially since we were the only customers in the building. I eat out pretty often. Worst attitude I’ve ever had before. Also didn’t show us the pizzas. I recommend if you don’t like your job. Not to take it out on customers. I didn’t choose your job for you. I’m a general manager and wouldn’t stand for that kinda treatment towards customers.

The service was awesome! I ordered a medium pizza from my cell phone, but when I went inside, there was a large pizza special with 5 toppings that was $3 cheaper. When i said that I wished I had done THAT, the girl at the counter simply halved the price of my medium. You really do not get that kind of service anymore, especially at a Domino's!

Our order was made correctly. But the quality in the food was lacking immensely. It tasted as if it had been sitting for 45 minutes before it got delivered. Also delivery time was an hour. Lastly I feel like there is something fishy going on because my order total was $31.80 but the driver only took $20 and said don’t worry about the rest because he didn’t have change? It was very odd like they maybe canceled my order in the computer and was pocketing whatever they got from me?

Ordered 3 of the medium $5.99 pizzas for the family's short staycation at a near by hotel. Worst pizza ever, didn't even bother to call in a complaint I wouldn't eat it again if it was delivered to us free of charge. Yuck!

One of the best experiences I've had at Domino's. Katelyn was super nice and professional, the food was perfect, the store was clean, and the staff was nice as can be, so I highly recommend this Domino's.
