19Me and my son was stared at by the employees, mainly the white woman (sara) when we walk in, 5 employees in the store at the time. We wasn't greeted.and we stood at the register for 7 minutes, no one spoke to us, i had to yell at to get my order, then she made a smart remark, " i didn't know you ordered, " i said, "well you look at me and didn't say anything, " after she walk past us to go to the freezer, then came out and continued to talk to another worker about her knee pain.the store wasn't not bizy.i have felt this same energy before by her. I think this will be last time we visit dominos. I think there are racist workers in this store/company.
Worst experience from them. Gave this locations to chances but failed both times first time got my order wrong 2nd time delivered my order to the wrong location and when I tried to call to see where my order was they ignored my calls very dissatisfied
My order is never correct. Ever. You pay for extra things and are charged for them and none of them are put on the pizza and you just accept it because you don’t want to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct it. I am done with this location.
Order took two hours from placement to delivery with no online updates. Tried to call to cancel repeatedly with no one answering the phone once delivered. Food was completely cold and inedible.
I ordered a pizza and they said they have knocked on my door they didnt btw, and i called i had to wait 3 hours for my pizza and i still havent gotten it now that i called they put me on hold for 10 minutes.
Service was fast and the gentleman that delivered my pizza to me via carside was very polite with a smile on his face. The pizza was very overwhelming for me that day because it seemed like it was to much cheese but I feel like that's because I accidentally got the pan crust so I believe that was my fault and not theirs. Overall any time we get dominos at this location it has always been good.
Quality in 50% off is not the same as when you pay full price

I don't know why they offer scheduled delivery, when they can't get it to you within an hour of the scheduled time. I scheduled delivery for 6: 30. According to their tracker, the food was ready at 6: 12. It finally arrived, barely warm, at 7: 35. I probably won't try their "service" again.
So, my name is Steve and the delivery driver by the name of Theresa is an AWESOME people person and does a wonderful job. She delivers my family food and every time, she has be pleasurable. Great with my kids and wonderful to chat with. Outstanding patience! Lol. Thank you for your excellent service and cool personality. Hope wonderful things for her future. All around awesome employee. Thank you Domino's for great tasting food, great delivery time and great service! My family's ritual Friday night din din!
Service was good and friendly. Wait time was short. I got the loaded tots, the bacon -cheddar ones, but I didn't care for them.
I had terrible service. They have yet to fix my order or resolve their mistake. Scott personally lied to me saying they don't deliver to the Woodlawn location when I had his own driver call him in my driveway when I couldn't get a hold of him. I had pictures and emails and will go ahead of him to get this resolved. I had no receipt and my order was entirely incorrect. It's been almost a week and I'm still trying to resolve this issue. I recommend new management.
I am giving 5 stars simply for the two gentleman working tonight 4/23. I waited 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered that never came. I called no answer. So I decided to drive there to see what was going on. As I arrive there is a man packing orders up to deliver. And one making the orders. And they begin to apologize because they was behind because NOBODY WANTS TO WORK and they was the only two. For one corporate should be ashamed of themselves for being so greedy that they are running the two they have to death. And for two I feel those two individuals are due for a raise for going above and beyond to see that your customers are getting what they want. So thank you very much to the two gentlemen for not only showing up to work but going above and beyond not just for myself but to everyone that placed an order on 4/23. And to those who may seem angry with the wait time. STOP AND THINK AND APPRECIATE THOSE WHO ARE STILL SHOWING UP FOR WORK AND SUPPLYING YOU YOUR WANTS!
Very rude phone service have not received order yet but will update soon as I receive to give a review of my order but I will definitely order online vs calling in next time made me not even want to order anymore.
Horrible service and food. I stopped eating at Domino's last year due to cold and burnt food. I thought I would give them another try because I seen a commercials for something new that looked good on tv. Wanted to try the loaded Tatar told. Placed a pick up order around 6: 15 with pickup time 6: 40 got to location couple minutes early looked at board and didn't see name on board but received charges on credit card. Spoke to staff about order said it was not in system gave order number. Was told it was going to be another 15 or 20 minutes because they were busy and short staffed. I tried to give benefit of doubt due to situation at hand. Returned in time from what stay said and got order the crust on pizza was over cooked on thin crispy crust barely had any toppings and cheese was burnt. Was looking forward to trying the steak and cheese tater tots received my order and the potatoes were over cooked and barely any topping what did get they burnt the cheese. Very disappointed with food and service again at this location. No use in going back to complain about food because you will get same results that they don't care about what they are putting out. I will not be giving domino's anymore patronage.
Called to cancel my order…. It has been overnight 50 minutes in the prep status and wasn’t moving. Called the store… first time sat on hold 10 minutes. 2nd time I was hung up on 3rd time was a charm and I spoke with Shane. He was complaining that customers don’t understand being short staffed and bad weather. I just called to cancel and that was all. He was extremely rude to be and was rambling on about the economy and people are lazy etc. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ORDER. Then proceeded to tell me that he was happy I canceled. I went to give him my name and address and he said “I have called ID I don’t need it”! Very disrespectful and rude and he’s supposedly worked there for 12 years. The manager Scott needs to manage Shane lol. Luckily my order was refunded right away back in my account but I promise I will never order from there again
Ordered at 1: 51 pm, the food was delivered at 4: 09pm. Called this location because the sub was dry and old. Everything was cold. The manager was extremely rude and didn't care to even make things right about our order. He said that customers don't understand that they are understaffed or about the weather conditions. We understand maybe you should hire more people to work and deliver and pay them right. Judging by the manager's response, I wouldn't want to work there either. Reported this location to corporate.
Order placed at 7: 15, website said it would be ready at 8: 20. Arrived at 8: 20 and order hadn’t even been started. Waited until 8: 45 and asked if I can just cancel as I had somewhere to be at 9: 00. Staff responded with attitude about them being short staffed, which I understand is not their fault. They wouldn’t cancel my order, I never received my order that was placed, though I was still was charged for it. Do yourself a favor and get papa John’s across the street.
Utterly appalling service. The first time I had a pizza take 2 hours (excluding delivery - I went to the store to pick it up and it wasn't even made yet) I thought it was a fluke, but it keeps happening.
Entire family was sickened, including my 3 year old.manager hung up on me. Waisted $50 on dinner and had to spend another $50 to provide dinner from somewhere else that night.
