The customer service is very bad they, My order was ready and they can't find my order, they took 1 hr for my pizza

I ordered a pizza last weekend and it was there in about 15 minutes and was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time!

I ordered delivery because it was dark and I couldn't drive. Pizza came. No issue with delivery driver but the pizzas are burned. I called the store and was told I was lying. I told them I have photos but they wanted me to bring pizza to them. See photo

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and they gave me helluva lot veggies and one piece of steak for each slice then when I complained about it they offered me a free pizza coupon but never sent it to my email so I wasted well over $20 for a pizza I didn’t order literally majority of the pizza was peppers and I don’t even order dominos a lot and now I remember why it’s always poor service

The pizza is good like any other Domino's out there but this one is terrible with getting the sauces right. We should have have butter, marinara, and frosting but we received none of them. I have had this problem on orders in the past too so make sure you check your order when you pick it up or get it delivered.

EDIT: I have been back and I have gotten the sauce every single time. Much better service!

They are very unprofessional and rude. Customer service is trash. They never pick up the phones either. Why lie about delivering food you didn’t deliver.

Horrible! Don’t ORDER AT THIS LOCATION! They lie about delivering your food. They never answer the phone. Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer Service! Save your money and Go Elsewhere. The people that work there are Terrible they don’t have Dignity to make things right when they KNOW they were Wrong!

We ordered our food and it took 2 hours to get to us. Was in quality control for over an hour. We tried calling the store several times and nobody would answer. Sat on hold for a half hour. Then when the driver finally brought it to us he was listening to an audio book thay was swearing every other word in front of my children and would not turn it of. Wewe will never do business with this location again.

The delivery driver was listening to a audio book with it say profanities every few words while I have children at the door with him, I said wow such nice language he laughs and say it’s a History book. That is so unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed by management. When I tried to call the store to talk to Sean the manager no one ever answered the phone. You need to learn to have respect for your customers John.

Placed a order, and just after I picked up my order, I saw employees not using gloves to make their customer’s order! So unsanitary and made me worried!

I had the unfortunate pleasure of ordering from this location. We will never again. Bringing a concern to the owner will result in him demeaning you.

Horrible experience. 2 weeks ago ordered online and received my order 1 hour later then it was supposed to come. The manager proceeded to make excuses instead of fixing the problem. Emailed corporate about the situation, never heard from them I would strongly recommend Donatoe's Papa Johns, stay away from this place. No Thank you to the 20 percent off- I will not be attending your store again, and have advised others to avoid it as well. 3 weeks later get back to me nothing from corporate.no thanks. I'll pass

MATT IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP WHATSOEVER. MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED $31.96 BUT YOU HAVE NO ORDER FOR ME - TELLS ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO TRANSFERS ME BACK TO THE STORE!

Avoid this Dominos at all cost this dude that I uploaded the picture of is gonna end up getting this store shut down with the way he is at work literally RUDE RUDE RUDE! Doesn’t use gloves and touches money then the food it’s absolutely disgusting! Dominos should be ashamed of themselves

What a friggin joke. These people can't even get orders out on time but then vocally tell each other to "go slow" on orders because they didn't get a tip. It's pickup, why would you get a tip for pick-up orders? And even if for some reason you were supposed to, guess who's not coming back to your business now. There's a dozen pizza joints around here, and this dominoes is the absolute worst.
