They schedule an interview with you through text after applying on indeed and then you try to send a message back the day of your interview to ask a question about the area and they block you. So instead of a.hey I hired someone. They just block you. Pretty unprofessional!

It is one of the best pizzas in Ashland Ohio right now it is the Brooklyn style pizza amazing.

I’m giving 5 stars just so Arron gets recognization! I had ordered a larger order for my daughter birthday party. An hour before it was suppose to be ordered I called to add another pizza because I was worried I didn’t have enough. He did the math on the phone with me and was very helpful. But it didn’t stop there. When I walked in to pick up my order he had it timed perfectly to the exact minute I arrived. He was helpful, professional, and as a server for over 10 years some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! He made my experience wonderful! And he deserves a raise

Well you see. The bottom of the box says excellent source of fiber, although it says don't eat the box, I got hungry for fiber, but the box was to hard, I'd prefer if the boxes were softer and edible. LOL

Worst place to order from they say they have delivered the food when they haven't and refused to refund the money to us and won't remake the food to deliver to us

Pizza is good, service is awful. We like Domino's because it is a good balance between decent price and great pizza, and we have a lot of mouths to feed. But I have as many visits with problems as I have smooth visits. Below are the recent problem visits.

UPDATE: I keep trying to give them chances. Their pizza was really good this time. BUT, I ordered at 12: 30, pizza tracker said it was ready for pick-up at 12: 45. I show up and they are just putting my pizza in the oven! Wasted 15 minutes of my lunch hour. Then I go to my order page to give feedback on their "Tell us how we did" and I can't. They left my order in the system as not picked up so I can't leave feedback on their web page!

OLD REVIEW: Friday night is not the time to order pizza from here. Ordered 45 minutes ago and the app said my pizza should be done by now. They haven't even started it. And once I go inside their sign says another 30 minutes. Things at this Domino's continue to go downhill. Bless the poor workers, as they are working hard. Unfortunately there is not enough of them for the number of orders they have.

OLD-OLD REVIEW: I work close to home, so I go home for lunch. My wife had a hectic morning and said, hey can you order pizza? I said sure. I placed my order online. It said 12 minutes until ready. I left work after about 12 -15 minutes. Arrived at the store, walked in and she said "It's going to be another 45 minutes for your pizza. We have a very big order ahead of yours. " I of course do not have that kind of time so I had to cancel my order. I ended up going long on my lunch hour trying to go to plan B (another restaurant). Plus the headache of figuring out what everyone wanted at the last minute from Wndy's. There was no offer of compensation, like a free pizza on the next order or nothing. Obviously I was disappointed and aggravated. This is not how you keep regular loyal customers happy.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Waited an hour and then ended up going to meet the delivery person to get our order. He was great, he delivered part way on his own time. He told us the manager had told him to just cancel the order.
But the store and management are inexcusable. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes the manager said "Well, its not our fault we've been really busy tonight. " Completely unacceptable!

This pizza stop did not go as planned. Let me tell you about it. For starters it was a terrible snowy day today. I was shocked Dominos was even open. I have been sick these past couple days and I really wanted lunch for my family but didn’t have the energy to make it. So I ordered some pizza instead. I opted for curbside pick up and arrived a bit early. I notified the members I was there using the apps feature “I’m here”. Moments later a gentleman by the name of Aaron came out. He was very apologetic and let me know that something had happened to my order but that they promptly put in a new order for me and it would be ready soon. This is no problem for me because I was just grateful they made it to work today and could make my family some lunch. I told him it was no problem at all and that I’d wait. He went back inside. He came out a little while later and apologized again but assured me it was coming and offered an extra item for our wait. I was stunned. This is customer service you just don’t see anymore. Apologies are really appreciated but of course adding a special item is above and beyond!

When our food came out he was very proud of what he created and asked that I check it to see if it was to my standards. Another WOW moment. I looked at the pizza and honestly it was a work of art! This guy is a Dominos star member and needs recognized! I have never had a bad interaction at this store but this really put them in a new category. Aaron is a team member you’d want to take your companies name to the next level.

I hope you really listen to what I’m saying and recognize that guy with more than just a good job. He really showed a side of customer service that has long since disappeared. Not to mention, he came outside to me and held conversation IN THE SNOW! It was all eyes on me and I was too priority for him.

This is my go to place for pizza in Ashland, Ohio. The people are so friendly that one night when my wife ordered pizza around 145 am and then go for picking because she didn’t get any updates or emails from Dominos which is weird. The store workers reached out to come and get the pizza. My wife went to go get the pizza and people were still waiting there around 2: 15. She was very surprised. These told her that they were waiting for her to come and get the pizza. Such good natured people, but good work ethic. I will get five stars

Haven't had a good pizza from here in months. They used to be decent enough for the price but recently they haven't even been fully cooking pizzas. I have ordered multiple times and received cold uncooked pizza on every occasion. Don't order from here, there are much better options in the area.

Working here was an absolute nightmare. Adolfo, the area manager? Was helpful at first, he even bought me my uniform since I didn't have enough at the time, BUT, the DAY I tried to change my availability, Anthony Satterwhite, the Franchisee who owns every dominos from Mount Gilead to Cleveland, told me "Your employment is terminated" when I handed Adolfo the sheet. Examples of OSHA violations that were performed every single day includeusing screens that fell on the floor to cook pizzas, NEVER washing the pizza cutter, wrong temp sanitization water for dishes, never washing hands before handling food, leaving cold foods out for HOURS, then putting them back in the cooler or straight to the cook line, and on top of all this, the highest paid supervisor was making only 14/hr to be there every single day, and all drivers were paid 9.60/5.30, absolutely not a liveable wage. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I like Dominos but the delivery fee is getting way out of hand! I can’t believe it costs that much to delivery a pizza and it’s not even given to the driver. It’s not only them but all the places that deliver any more.

If I could give less Stars I would! First it took 10 minutes to try to give my order because the phones are not answered in the stores they go to a call center in Pakistan is what I was told from one of the workers. English is most definitely not their first language! Then I was told 15 to 20 minutes I went to the store they said it wasn't quite done so I could wait in my car and they would bring it out. 45 minutes later I went in to check and see what was going on and there sat our Pizza on the rack getting cold. So I spent $40 on two cold old pizzas! I am beyond not happy

If I could give no stars, I would. This is the second time we have waited for over an hour for our food. Just to be told it would be another half hour at the earliest because they are "short-staffed. " However, there was 5 employees in the store. Never ordering from here again.

I've ordered from here plenty of times with no problems. However, I have been waiting for over an hour for my order status to change. I've tried to call the store to see what was going on and no answer. Thought that I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and wait to call again.still no answer. Not worth the trouble anymore. Contacted customer service so hopefully something gets cleared up.

These reviews stay are fake, I see about 6 one star reviews and the star rating only shows one counted.

Had to wait extra 30min for a pickup order cause they jump someone ahead of us.
