Ordered a medium pizza and some wings at 12pm on a Saturday night. Got my order home and had no wings, but some sort of cheese bread and the pizza was terrible!

Called 15 minutes before close for a delivery. The lady who took my call was very courteous, polite, and accepted my order so close to the time they close. I admit I realized how close it was and it could have been a really long day for them, but they still went out of their way to ensure I would have dinner delivered tonight with excellent customer service. I wish I had a name to refer to, but she did a fantastic job listing every special and side to me as it was also my first time ordering with Dominos. Her patience for my mishap with the address and the overall experience was great! Thank you Dominos team!

Me n kids are a regular here but the last few experiences have not been the best. My order is always wrong and when I call to get fixed they never answer the phone it’s getting ridiculous

On Labor Day evening at approximately 10: 15 PM place an order to be delivered to my place of employment they stated it would be 2 hours because they had a big pizza order that was $1400 and they would deliver it by 12301230 came and went I never got my food and they never answered my phone how sad. I had one of the most heartwarming experience I have ever experienced at a pizza place or even a ;dine-in or luxury restaurants in my life with a worker named Randall. He was compassionate about the situation that was going on. I didn't even have to use words to tell him heard it in my voice that I was struggling And instead of just going on about his day and going on about life like a normal person would He knew there was something wrong and he resolved the situation and did not understand how much that did for me and my famil iI do not want to go into too much detail but I would love for someone from corporate to contact me or a manager above him. I would love to speak with them. You guys are blessed to end your blessed and are blessed to and lucky to have him on your team. He is a kind-hearted young man. Empathy speaks volumes and he has empathy I will be calling and contacting corporate on Monday morning. Thank you so much. You never know what someone is goingo through or how they're feeling. Your words could save someone's lives. Some people say It's just a piece of what's the big deal, but that pizza is a big deal. Especially when you're struggling to keep your gas on
and you hardly can make your rent and Thenb Pizza may have been for a celebration. That's the big deal that some of you may not go through and I pray you never have to That's why kindness is so important and that young man has it. Thank you again Randall. We appreciate you and what you did for my family. Maybe small in your mind but it was big in our hearts and it was big for our night.

Placed a order on line for a pizza online because of the 50% off deal. Well the app says 20 mins. I was wondering why no one answered the phone when I called after placing the order online. The poor girl working says to me look at your app to see the details of your pizza, I’m the ONLY one working and there’s only 1 driver and he’s out. (I felt it was rude, but I see why now) so I sat down and waited patiently, in walks another woman who ordered online. She said a bunch of orders came thru after they closed last night, and no one else was on the schedule, they were backed up. I felt bad for this girl, she was running around doing everything! I asked why didn’t they schedule more people, with a sale happening, plus on a Friday? Something about corporate? And labor? Idk…. She called employees but no one had returned her call. I had to wait a long while, the phones rang constantly…. But she had to let it ring…. She was busyyyy. The pizza was made exactly as ordered and it was ultimately delicious. Better than it usually is. Dominoes should be ashamed that this poor girl had to work all by herself! Not cool the rating is for Dominos not the girl working… she handled everything well considering the situation.

Not good. Pizza burnt, chicken wings were supposed to be honey barbecue with blue cheese dipping sauce. Received plain wings with no dipping sauce. What a big disappointment

I’m a regular customer of your Massillon store. I have had wonderful service as well as horrible as I did with the order I got last night! Unfortunately my order (as per manager on duty) was made with all new employees that was not trained because she was only one person.
Well I’m only one customer with a 30.00 order that orders every week! With orders 3 to 4 spinach feta bread…every week! Last night was 3 last order was 4 breads. Always pay for extra dipping sauce.
The people that needs trained are the shift managers!
Your store manager Pam is a true pleasure!
And takes the time to make sure the product that leaves that store would be a plus on everyone’s table.
I did not order to be treated as if I was stupid.
Also I did ask if Pam was in when picking up.
I was told she was home sick. Because she worked until she was sick. And I was told the same when we called this morning…
I don’t think it’s appropriate to discuss the managers health! A simple she’s off is all anyone should be told.
I ordered weekly because we love that stuffed bread.
I do have a bread to bring in to share. It should be put on display to show what not to do.
Btw the bread was literally like chewing bubblegum.
A shift manager with no training…you don’t need training to be appropriate with your customers.

I have never in my Domino's Pizza eating life experience what I experience last night. First they made my Pizza wrong so I kindly waited while they made another one. When I got home my Pizza was terrible it was only 4 Four pieces of sausage on a Large Pizza the taste was horrible and you should see how large my onions were cut. I would not give them a chance to Disappoint me again.

After my ordering being in “prep” for an hour, I decided to call and make sure the app was working. The juvenile “woman” answered and just says “please hold”. After 5 minutes of being on hold, I called back. Same response. I attempted three more times and with attitude she just yells into the phone “please hold”. No Ms. Dusty, I’m trying to speak to you. Clearly holding doesn’t make that happen.

Don't even attempt carside pickup. I was 5 minutes late of the time window to pickup. Still waited an extra 10 minutes, called to ask about it to which I was hung up on. When the guy brought it out he said absolutely NOTHING.not a hi, not an apology, not a have a good night, nothing. If that wasn't enough, this picture is of my 6.95 salad with brown lettuce Won't be returning
