Love me some Parmesan bites and cinnamon twists! Garlic dip is beyond delicious but not great for sensitive bellies!

My first time in a couple years ordering pizza from a domino's and I remembered why. Our $20 order took 1.5 hrs half was cold bc half was made sooner than than the other half.

I’m really sad because i ordered a medium pizza, cheese dip with bread twists, and an alfredo pasta.that’s not the sad part.i didn’t receive the bread twists after an hour wait.so i call and was told that it would be an hour before i got the bread.no biggie.i’m waiting, my bread never shows up.now i have cheese dip with no bread: (

Dominos has roaches, uses expired product and treats their employees like slaves. Absolutely horrendous.

I used to order from them all the time. Being 5 minutes away from the store, but now I can't order from the app, it says it's not available. Secondly the store has people not inside the shop answering the phone, who then use the app to place my order over the phone and again tell me they can't deliver. I used to love dominos but now with their new business plan I can't enjoy their pizza as a lazy dinner option. Making me use other pizza businesses as my new bi weekly option

The girl today was rude and needs to be fired. We ordered two pizzas and three subs on-line.
First pizza, the Medium cheese was not done.
Second, the large pep and pineapple were not all the way done in the center.
We have ordered on and off for years, and most times, the food is great tasting.
The employee or manager whom ever was rude to me on the phone hung up on me then when i called back i again ask to speak again to a manager, she refused then refused to credit us after my Mother went and picked up the order to save time then employee said you can bring it back.
This girl shouldn't be an employee who didn't handle this professionally.

Update: Received a call from the manager Mary the same evening and asked what happened. Mary told me she would give me a credit and was sorry about the problems caused.

I placed another order on June 28th, at 3: 45, the same employee answered told me she didn't have a credit on file for two pizzas. I told her Mary gave me the credit she is rude.
I said I remember you from the other day you were the rude employee. "" Please let me speak to a manager to order.
The manager told me that after eight minutes, she could offer the large pizza, and that was it.
I reached out to corporate and will update later.

Update: The owner has still not responded. 8/15/23

Threatened harassment charges for calling and being hung up on repeatedly just to ask for corporates # since its my fault they screwed my order up. I called the LPD myself we had a good laugh together. Will be calling again tomorrow to get another manager hopefully.

Waited an hour while these ditzes got their lives together. They gave my pizzas to another customer! What they remade wasn't even the correct style, Brooklyn.
There is nothing they can do to make up for the time I lost.
I will say I allegedly received some digital credit.
For the sake of this review, let us hope it works at another store, because I'm out of state and FOR SURE never going back to this Domino's until the staff rotate out. My local Dominos ALWAYS KILLS IT.

Today My boyfriend ordered two subs, grandma picked up Two pizzas the two pizzas were not done, and the girl on the phone was rude. She said that he can order the pizza well done or bring it back Omg. Also refuses to give a credit for the pizzas. Last time we did they burnt it. He knows his pizza his mom used to own pizza shop, so he knows how to make a DONE pizza.

I don't know who I talk to or what part of the world they were located in but by the time my order was actually placed I was almost to the store and had to sit and wait 20 minutes.

Placed an online order. Was supposed to be done 40min later. They didn't even put it in the oven until an hour after i ordered it (after the pick up time). Wouldn't answer the phones, or help me when i went in to ask about it. Will not be ordering from here again. I have worked in the food industry before. This is honestly just unacceptable. There were plenty of workers there. Not to mention, they were all moving at a snails pace. Don't recommend.

If I could give less than a star I would. How do they close at 8: 30pm when it states 12: 00am? This isn't the first time either. Not a reliable business.

Love the local Lancaster Dominos! Pizza is always great quality and tastes great, and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

Domino's offers the best value out of the national chains in my opinion. I feel like the pizza is consistent and prices are cheap enough that you can get a variety of pizzas to appeal to everybody if you have a group. This location however has been way behind on orders, with young staff possibly playing a role in slow service. I sat inside for 45 minutes after my estimated time when I went to pick up an order. They also don't seem to be on top of updating the tracker to help communicate the status of your order.

Miserable service. Ordered delivery. Late and cold. The tracking shown is absolutely incorrect. Called and spoke with manager, who didn’t care at all. Never order from these clowns ever again.

Sent an online order at 7: 35pm at 7: 40pm the app said it was being prepped. Coming in at 8: 40pm the 1 out of the 3 of the pizza was not even prepped or made still. There was only one employee, the manger was sitting down in the back visible to customers and not working. We were told by the employee they were out of chicken, so we told her to just make the pizza without chicken. The pizza was never made, she went to go make another order. So we told her to forget that one and we'll just take the 2 that had been made. We were charged again for the pizzas. Said there would be a credit for a single free pizza on our app, no credit for a free pizza still.

Wow this lancaster oh store totally MESSED UP our order.
1st strike when I went in to pickup the order they hadn't even put the pizza into bake.and the pasta bowl and tots were allready done and waiting on rack getting cold.
Then when we get home with the order the pasta bowl had UNCOOKED PORK IN IT, along with other random veggies in it.
When my daughter went back in to pick our order up it HADN'T been remade.the girl at the counter said that it didn't matter wether it was bacon or ham they come from the same animal and taste the same.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

They're consistently slower than the free pizza timer. But what's better than free pizza?

It took almost an hour to make one pizza and one order of Parmesan bites. It was not ready when I arrived. And they also forgot to make my Parmesan bites. They gave me somebody else’s. I get home and it’s not even the pizza I ordered. And there was also no toppings.
