Domino's Pizza, Mansfield OH

Placed my order at 3: 28 didn't get delivered until 4: 45 then both subs ordered (as they come) we're messed up. Spoke with the manager he said he was having the driver turn around to refund me my money here it is almost 8 and nobody has came. Ive tried calling the store but I've been on hold for 28 mins. I even tried calling from a different number and no answer. One sub was pretty much just bread so now I have to call else where and spend more money. I'm beyond mad. I'm sick and don't want to have to get out. This is beyond messed up.

Chicken wings were not cooked to a crisp, looked raw on inside, needed cooked longer, but pizza was fine.

Tasty pizza & appetizers. Love the lava cakes! Fast Delivery. Great customer service. I messed the order up myself and they still made it right even though it was my mistake. Impressed!

Honey BBQ wings only small amount drizzled on top not even close to the picture very poor some only had one very small spot very dissopointed will not buy again

Brought wrong order and couldn't get to the manager to get it fixed. Kept getting hung up on. Will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! You call their number it goes to a call center and you never get the people at the store you're ordering from!

Pizza was an hour late and cold. Call center just says they will forward you to the store when you have an issue and then you’re on hold until you hang up. If you have an issue, you have to drive to the store to resolve it. Order from any local pizza place over this option.

2nd time ordering here tonight. Tried the Extravaganza Pizza. 1 word. WOW. Toppings were loaded. Fresh, Hot, Tasty the way pizza should be. AWESOME experience. Will be a returning customer!

Horrible. They canceled my order after I ordered and then i waited on hold for over 30 minutes for a fix about that and nobody ended up answering. I still got charged on my card about it.

Service sucked waited forever and ended up food was there but under a different name because of the call center then the guy boxing up the food played with his beard hair over the food he was boxing up more than boxing up the food I will never eat there again not recommended or sanitary at all

Just ordered the new tots and this is how they looked. They were burnt no cheese and looked nothing like the picture this is horrible!

It takes a lot for me to complain, as I come from the restaurant business, but this just takes the cake. My wife ordered a pizza on Sunday 4/2 at 8: 03PM and the app said 44-54 minutes, so just before 9 was expected delivey. 9: 15 hit, and the app wasn't updating our order, so I decided to give the store a call. By 9: 35, I was still on hold, so I got in my car and drove to the location. When I walked in, there were 3 people working and apparently they had 50 pizzas down, and to my amazement, as loud as a morning dove outside my window on a summer day, the loudspeaker said "CALL WAITING ON LINE 1" I showed my phone to the front desk and said that's me! All I/we as consumers ask, if the phone rings in your business, answer it. What was going to happen is our order would have been done by 10PM and they would have come knocking at 10: 30. No updates or anything. Something needs to be done at this location. The manager basically said it was the owners fault. Really hesitant on ordering here again.

My favorite domino's location! We order from here at least once a week always fresh hot food will fast delivery!

So I'm at the Fairfield inn tonight and i forgot out drivers name but he was so sweet and we were room 311 and definitely waisted so thank y'all so much at dominos for making out food so good tonight!

I ordered two pizzas from this location and neither of them showed up. I spent 30 dollars with a nice tip for nothing to show up. I will never order from here again.

My order was delivered 1hour after it came out of the oven. Everything was very cold, at least I can say it actually got to my house this time.

Sent to a call center for them not to be helpful at all. Then the driver left my food on the side apartment and the instructions were easy

This store is terrible for calling back too they shut their phones off so customers can’t call and complain when they mess up their orders 24/7 this store needs new management. Worse
