Domino's Pizza, Gahanna OH

I ordered extra cheese and extra bacon plus added philly steak. This is the second time I differentiate same pizza but 2 different stores and both times, barely any cheese, extra bacon and no steak. I am done with your pizza.

You can typically place an order online and 10 minutes later pick up your pizza. Every once in a while they get slammed and you have to wait an hour or more but that is uncommon. Prices are starting to creep up making the cost less favorable.

Pizza orders are as ordered, ready as promised and very good. Someone greets you within seconds of walking in. Tracking system works well.

Staff was friendly, and the pizza was piping hot. I just couldn't get a deal when ordering the pan pizza. We paid full price for both pizzas, no coupons available.

The manager, who is a man, legitimately called me a stupid woman over the phone. He called himself the secondary manager whatever that means, but they were all very rude to me then to be called stupid sealed the deal. I'm taking this to corporate.

AMAZING! I ordered online at 5: 30 and had my pizza and brownies by 5: 43.you guys are awesome.your a boss man aiden.it was hot and fresh. THANK YOU! Don't forget to praise your wonderful employees:)

I've dealt with SO MANY different Dominos in my lifetime (I'm sure as we ALL have) but I must say THIS location has THE BEST customer service I have EVER encountered. From delivery drivers, to food quality, and customer complaints, they are just ON IT! I'm dealing with a really difficult situation (with my family on Maui) right now, and had an issue with an online order, I called and spoke with "Aiden", he was extremely professional and did everything he could to help me out and really seemed to care about my online problem. After all that, problem was solved and my order is on the way! Thank you Dominos! (And Aiden!)

HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS!
UNTIL TODAY I LOVED THIS PLACE, I AM CONTACTING CORPORATE AS WE WERE LIED TO, DISCRIMATED AGAINST.
UNLESS THIS GETS MADE RIGHT I WILLNOT ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN

If i can give them negative i would. A manager called after few minutes from placing the order on the app saying that he doesn’t have drivers for another hour. So I decided to cancel the order. And after 10 seconds i called again, and i spoke to the same manager and asked him if it has been cancelled. He said NO. I told him thats fine and i can wait for another hour and he promised to send me a 2 liter Fanta for the inconvenience. After an hour and a half i called and i found out that my order has been voided and they don't have an order for me.
Not recommending this location at all. I spoke to the general manager as he said he was and was rude

The best dominoes ever! The manager is so professional, kind, friendly, remembers frequent customers and their names, and even remembers what they order and remembers that I like the pizza cut all the way through! With this new manager dominoes is now my new 5 star pizza place and I’d never go to another dominoes or any other pizza place.

There is a new General manager there who really seems to care about his customers and the quality of the food. I stopped coming here but I think I might give this store a second chance!

So I’ve recently visited this place to give it another try and the new manager has really changed this place for the better

Since this place has been under new management, the food quality and customer service has improved so much! The manager is quick to help if there is any issue and is super nice! I will be coming back!

My girlfriend and I had a very bad experience with one of the employees late at night on a weekend. She went on and submitted a complaint which we both forgot about a day or two later. I got a call from Josh the manager asking if he can make everything right. He walked me through what actions were taken on the employees side and advised me that changes have been made to make sure I don’t get that service or anyone gets that service again. He then gave us some credit we can use on our next order. Thanks again Josh for making everything right!

So, I placed an order for a simple stuffed cheese bread, drove 15 minutes to get over here and literally like 5-7 minutes after I placed my order the "manager" canceled my order because apparently it was too difficult of an order for him to make for my sick child. I've never in my life experienced a rude, inconsiderate manager such as himself. Then he says I should place an order at a different 1 that's further away. I will definitely be calling corporate office in the morning as well. Absolutely horrible.

Honestly the service and the quality of the pizza have gone down so fast in recent years it's ridiculous. The pizzas are rubbish, worse than store bought frozen pizzas. They barely, if at all sauce the wings, and if you order within an hour of closing time, they straight up cancel your order.
