Domino's Pizza, Boardman OH

Ordered a large w/ 1topping. Requested thick crust. The cardboard box was thicker than pizza crust. Sausage consisted of 3/4 by 1/2 chunks, 1 or 2 per piece. All in all unbeatable piece of "c-p". Don't know if it was staff or just a cheap menu item passed off as large thick crust pie. Either way it was bad from the minute we opened box when we got home. Lucky we had bologna & cheese in fridg!

Always consistent delicious food. Quick delivery and good people working there are reasons to use this pizzeria.

2nd time ordering, deliveries are always late, I can see they make like 5-6 stops before mine, even though it says 20-30 mins yet it takes over an hour by the time I get our pizzas and they are cold and soggy plus we can't eat them because of possible Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella Enteritidis and Campylobacter from being stored in a bag for so long that probably has never been cleaned. And this time when I was handed the pizzas, I came inside and set them down (feeling the cold sogginess) and my hands had turned blue from the ink on the boxes, that is how soggy they were. Called the store for a refund and the manager Angel said he was too busy and I told him I was busy as well spending my hard earned money to pay him and asked for a refund.he said he would reverse the charges so we'll see if he keeps his word!

One star is simply too much to give this place. They added an extra tip above what we had already given to the total. So I’m no legal expert but that sounds a lot like theft to me. The restaurant employee we talked to was extremely rude, and later that day she called to tell us the refund was given. Less then an hour later they revered the refund and kept the extra money.

Moral of the story, don’t order there, and if you have to, pay in cash and make sure you have your receipt. Simply pathetic!

Giving this a one star would give it no star if possible had a situation where I order pizza for my daughters while I was work then got a call from my 16yr old daughter saying the driver tried opening the door. Reported it to the store and instead of calling me back they want to ban my service! What a joke wouldn’t go back if it was the last pizza shop in the area! Also when you ask for a district manager to report something they give you the run around

They gave absolutely poor service, my daughter went to pick up our pizza, they gave her the wrong order and she paid twice what our order was, when we called they were rude, they had us return the wrong order, one that by there own fault left the store and went to someone else's private residence where anything could have happened to it before being returned hopefully they did not give it to the original orderer. Then didn't give a discount or anything for time and gas wasted. I have ordered here in the past and had good service, but probably won't again after such an unpleasant experience.

It's been nearly an hour and 40 mins for a pizza. So I'm not gonna call this place again. Try harder guys you can do it haha

Over the few years y'all have really surprised me before i didn't like the food now I'm getting food and loving it like I haven't eaten in weeks. Pizza heaven is a thing

Never had a problem with this location. People are friendly, food is good and is made and given at a reasonable amount of time.

Person who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful my delivery driver was impatient and also rude cussed me out bc he didn’t have change on him so he could get a good tip will not order dominos again my pizza was cold and my garlic knots box was covered in butter highly don’t recommend and to the driver who cussed me out if you don’t like your job then go get another one
