Don Juan Bar & Grill, Toledo OH

The food seemed a little off, not bad, but not the highest quality. Service was fantastic and the margarita was large and full.

What a huge disappointment. I hardly ever write a review unless it is positive! But this seemed important. Our waiter looked like he just crawled out of bed and he certainly had no enthusiasm about waiting on us. Sadly our food came and on my side salad dish with rice, sour cream etc.there sat a black hair. I scooped it into a napkin and rolled it up and tried not to think about it and just ate off of my fajitas plate.when I did mention the hair and asked to just remove that plate, he came back to the table and said, "the other waitress didn't see anything! " I said excuse me. I rolled it up in a napkin that I sent back with the plate. "he said, is that all.he did not apologize or ask if he could get a new plate etc.nothing. So all in all we paid our bill and left. The food was mediocre and mostly the service was just horrible as if the costumers were a bother. Sadly, this place will not see us again and unless they change their management and servers, they will just be another failed business at The Franklin Park Mall.

Food is good. There was a soccer tournament on TV and a lot of the servers were watching it With customers, so service wasn't the best the last time. Usually it is pretty good though and the food comes quickly

The food was amazingly good and the service was great! It was quiet and very enjoyable. I'm definitely going to go there again.

My wife and I went to Don Juan’s today for her birthday dinner. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! The portions were so big! We’ll definitely be going back again!

Alot to choose from and tastes great! Everyone is helpful, answers all your questions, and make great food. Normally pretty busy, but usually easy to get seats.

Amazing waitress. Food was delicious. We loved the fajitas! Food was a little slow to come but the good service makes up for it.

Spent 65 dollars on food & drinks before happy then was over charged for a to go drink after 9pm while ppl at the bar still on one drink. I have a full bar at home just decided to get out & support business

Went for bowl of awesome guacamole dip and taco Tuesday with my wife.we enjoy this just about every Tuesday we can and recommend it for everyone we know.

Went to the Toledo Ohio location and I will say that I got the worst service ever I was waiting for the waitress to ask her for a box for my leftovers and she went to another table saying that they called her over first and it took her a while to bring me my check as well I won't be back

Atmosphere and decor was nice. Waitress very friendly and attentive. The food was awful and overpriced. Update 2022 food has improved, space is to small.

Kool outside patio was very clean, great service, nice employees & it was a good experience, will be going back on the regular

The service was terrible and the food was so greasy that plates with taco beef and/or chorizo had a puddle below from every ordered meal on our table. My one friend had a taco salad and the shell was almost solid orange from the ground meat in the bottom. My other friend got Nacho's with just cheese and taco meat also sitting in a pool of grease that made the chips, soggy because the extra, unstrained fat. I had the Mexican potato skins. I couldn't eat more than 2 of the four because of the entrained chorizo was gross.

Finally, we had some of the WORST service from our waiter. I understand, companies needing more service help, especially. One thing that the Pandemic proved was that service workers don't want to work long hours for bad pay. It defeats the purpose now, even more so.

Didn't love this place. If you need a place to get food, the food court has faster service and better food. If most of the other restaurants are closed or too busy, this isn't a terrible choice. Definitely not my first though.
