We usually get great service and food? ! What happened? We went a couple weeks ago with friends for our anniversary and had the absolute worst service and mediocre food

Drinks are always great. Went there to celebrate. They just seemed low staff so with that being acknowledged service wasn't 100%. Waitress made it feel like we should hurry up and leave. Later was explained that she had almost every table by herself. Also food was slightly over done. Still tipped to support

They absolute worst food ever! We ever visiting from out of town and the restaurant was right next to our hotel, we were sat quickly but then sat 5-7 minutes before we were greeted for drinks I ordered a sweet tea it tasted as if it were brewed a few days ago. We ordered the nachos as an appetizer it took 20 minutes for them to come out and food was 3 minutes behind. My food was cold but plate was burning and ive had better Mexican food at taco bell. I love Mexican food and have had it all over the country and this is by far the worst and there were maybe 4 tables in the whole restaurant.

Great spot for a quick lunch they are prepared to get you in and out. Food is always fresh and I am a fan of made to order guacamole.

Well first of all the service was decent waiter was nice although slow. Food was definitely lacking, seasoning is definitely something this place is lacking. I'll definitely be back and hope for some more flavor. Bland isn't something I associate with Mexican food.

Indifferent food, indifferent service.

I ordered carne asada, which is at many restaurants one of my favorite dishes due to the tasty spices, and ideally scorch marks mixed with perfectly cooked meat.

I didn't get any of that. Everything was bland, spicy V-8 is spicier than their salsa.

Service wasn't very fast. I only got one refill for my water. There were only three small tortillas.

It wasn't bad food, or bad service, but I don't plan to return.

If I could give them a zero i would. I was there for a whole hour and had nothing but chips because the server kept telling me 5 more minutes for my food so I end up leaving after a hour. And it wasn't that busy. Thx sister got trying to take me to lunch

I've added a three star review do to Don Juan's for having a untrained employee doing table service without help or assistance from anyone else she didn't know anything about the menu. She was extremely slow, confused and frustrated was cursing and not polite. When she was finally able to get our order my fiancé asked for a virgin daiquiri recieved a top shelf daiquiri she never IDed her and she does not look anywhere near 40. When the food came out it was wrong so she couldn't find the menu item I chose on her tablet she went searching for help finally after 10 minutes 2 other employees come to our table to help her select the menu item I had chose. The food was okay but all wrong

Margaritas are always great! Food is delicious! On Thursday evenings they have a DJ, so it just makes for a fun dinner out.

Drinks are STRONG: D however they gave us the wrong shots numerous times. Wouldn't be a bad thing if it wasn't $7-$15 a shot

We were there on this Friday night. Got seated very quickly. Food was not up to par like usual. We ordered a 32oz margarita. It definitely did not measure a 32oz. We poured the 12oz water into the glass. It might measure 16 to 20 oz at best. Very disappointing. I did question the waiter if it was 32oz. He said it was. Sad sad dinner

The BEST food ever. The Customer Service was even better. Visiting from Michigan and I'll definitely come back again. Thank you!

Margaritas are amazing.but they like to change up their happy hour.check your check they'll charge you full price when it's supposed to be happy hour. Ad says happy hour sun-thurs 3-6.went on Tuesday at 4: 30 and was charged full price.

To be honest, I looked at the reviews prior to going. But was definitely Impressed with both the service and the food. Food was exactly as I ordered it, on time and fresh. The staff was extremely polite, attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this place! Definitely will return!

Looks like management changed. I got local paper ad 20% coupon and they did not accept it and said its for Dine in only and its not mentioned in coupon. Looks like management changed they forgot tortillos, Salsa. CHECK YOUR BILL TWICE BEFORE YOU PAY, For togo they are charging 20% Tip.

Hands down one of the best places I've eaten at. The service was excellent. Didn't have to wait or ask for anything. The place was spotless. And the food was great. I will travel from Michigan again to eat at this place. Yes yes and yes

I was more than surprised by the food here, more importantly the queso. Very clean and comfortable environment and our waiter was awesome! Get the California burrito!

Service was good food came out rather quickly however if I had to choose between this location and the one at the mall, the one at the mall's food is much better

A decent Mexican restaurant. The food was good. The waitress was super sweet. This was her first week on the job she did great.

First time. Drinks good, hot chips. Nice spicy salsa. Waiter inept. Apologized three times over 45 minutes kitchen "not too fast".

At 50 minutes. We left, will NEVER set foot again.
