THEE BEST Mexican chain to go to. Went for my birthday and It was hilarious! Fooled me with a upside-down mug that had whip cream on the bottom covering the shot of tequila. Samantha is so cool! She suggested her secret margarita flavor blend and it did not disappoint. We will for sure come back.

It's was very busy, but the Manager served us our meal, made sure he apologized for the delay and the waitress was wonderful! Some people would complain that it took a long time to receive the meal, but when the food came out, it was hot and very good!

We love going to try out new restaurants! Food was very good but actually took longer than normal, usually it’s pretty quick. Also the lights kept flickering while we were there - a little weird but nothing crazy. It was just distracting

This is my first time at this restaurant and a Mexican restaurant. I absolutely love the food, service, and price for the amount of food I got! Definitely going back again!

Last night I ate at Don Ramon’s. While I was there a waitress brought a blended margarita to the table next to where I was sitting and walked away. A few minutes later the waitress returned and the people told her they didn’t want it blended. The waitress then brought the drink that had already been touched back to the machine and poured it in so they could reuse it for another costumer. This completely violates COVID guidelines. On the other hand, the food was great but when I returned home I woke up at 5 am and threw up my whole burrito and rice! Be careful if you decide to eat here!

Best mexican place ive ever been to! We picked a random place and saw people loved this place online and i see why. Salsa is amazing. Food is amazing. Just no complaints really.

Everytime i come here i get the best service. I never give a 5 star but after seeing how the clean at night. Pulling the tables all the way out wiping every inch of the restaurant to a T. Got to give it to them. And one more thing i never leave this place with out clearing my plate. Food is excellent.

There was nothing wrong with this place except for a few mix ups with food coming out of the kitchen and going to the wrong table.

But there was nothing that made the place "pop" to earn that final star.

We have always loved it here, typically fast service and great food. But now, during Covid, they have been catering to carry out orders before dine in. The server told us flat out, the kitchen is focusing on take out so we don't know how long your order will take! So, a family dining in is suppose to wait an indefinite amount of time? !? !? Apparently, they should just close the dining room and do ONLY carry out. We waited an hour, we should have gone elsewhere or ordered to go. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT!

Don't waste your time coming in. Its not worth it!

Customer service was great but the food wasn't sorry my Hispanic brothers but I gotta be honest it wasn't very tasty and it was pretty pricey smh the drinks were good even though I only had one

This is my favorite restaurant ever. I love the people, the service. It's my comfort food. When I'm there I feel like I'm at home.

Really good Mexican food. You get a lot for your money can’t beat the margaritas. Recently redid the whole inside looks beautiful.

Very good food! Just the same as Gran fiesta restaurant but just more decoration and flare at this restaurant. Very nice staff.

Newly renovated as of summer 2018. It was great before, even better now! Great variety and good flavor. Service is pretty fast and they usually don't have an issue with seating a large group (which we usually have).

To be from Texas and come to a Mexican restaurant and feel discrimination is bad they asked if we spoke English! And took 15 minutes to bring us a drink I had to get up and ask for someone to attend us! If you are white I recommend this place!

Very welcoming place. Everything clean, neat and just Beautiful. Their remodeling is fantastic!

Tortilla chip aren't good, I think they changed them not homemade anymore. Rest of food is good. Prices are getting high as we were regular customers for 2 yrs.

I've been coming here for years, and it's some of the best Mexican cuisine in Cleveland. If you haven't been here recently, stop in. The restaurant is newly remodeled, and their food presentation has gone from good to great. Do yourself a favor and grab a bite here!

The staff is really friendly, the food is great. The best part for me is that they don't have onions in the shredded chicken.

Love the remodel! Still great staff, service and food! So glad i had a taste for the big strawberry margarita
