They sent faulty paperwork to my lender twice which delayed me getting a title and my vehicle tags. When I reached out to their dealership I was always sent to a voicemail. Regardless of if I left a voicemail or not they did not contact me back. The only way I was able to get into contact with them was when I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which I’ve had to do twice at this point). If you live in the vicinity of them and are able to go in person if something goes wrong you may have a decent experience. However, if you live a few hours away and can’t make a quick trip there, I would stay far away if I was you.

Definitely the easiest experience I've had with a dealership, to date. Cole was really helpful and very easy to work with. The entire process was completely transparent, and Cole was willing to collaborate with me to ensure the vehicle I ended up going with aligned with my needs and budget.

The absolutely most hassle free courteous, beyond the second mile car buying experience I have ever experienced. Total professionals at every possible juncture of the process of selecting, driving, and buying a car. In fact we purchased two vehicles and also helped our daughter select one as well. Don Wood's staff truly put us first and we appreciate their professionalism.

I will never deal with this dealership again. Worst experience ever. I went for the buy out event to get full payoff for my car and buy an suv as my family is growing. I won't even get into them adding money onto the total without explaining to me because yes that was my fault for not reading the tiny print in the contract. I was unable to refinance with my bank because so much extra was added onto the price. They were supposed to refund me my warranty and that was 3 months ago. Nothing. I also had a tiny hole in the seat they agreed to fix and it looks like a 2 year old stitched it. I wasn't mad when they were willing to help me out but now I haven't been able to reach the GM (who gave me his personal number for problems) in a month. I message every day about the seat and refund and get left on "Read". I could go on and on but buying from this dealership was the worst mistake ever. Included photo of seat repair.

Hyundai’s entire service department needs to be reevaluated. Dropped my car off for an 11 a.m. Appointment two days ago to get a recall fixed as well as to have my car looked at for an acceleration issue. They forgot to do the recall then wanted to charge me an absolutely absurd price for what I needed fixed. After waiting two and a half days to get my car back, not only was it returned in worse condition, but now I’m unable to even use my vehicle. I cannot begin to describe how unpleasant of an experience this was. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere before even considering going here.

My sales guy Trey was amazing and the sales team Phil and Clay made the financing as quick and easy as possible. Would recommend 100 times over!

I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR BEFORE I made a 2 hour drive that my credit wasn’t good. I made it clear I had no trade in or co-signer yet the guaranteed approval. Got there wasn’t even anything on their lot I could choose from, after wasting 2 hours the manager comes over and promised he would find me something in 2 days. Fast forward now they need a co-signer. No they are falsely advertising and unless you have perfect credit your wasting your time. I wasted 4 hours drive time by then only lying just so they could me in the door to try and do exactly what I told them. Scamming liars.

Went to look at a car and the pictures are not what they seem. In the pictures the car (s) looked nice, no scratches, and the inside was clean. In person the cars that I looked at had scratches, some paint was chipping, and the inside was dirty. Very disappointed because I live an hour away. I’ve always heard a few things about this place but after seeing for myself, I’ll never go again.

Went in on an appt. Met with Jordan who was very kind and helpful…. Was ready to buy until he explained that they do an ‘interior and exterior coating’ to every new car sold for an extra $999. It’s just automatically added on! We explained we didn’t want this extra feature. Had to get his manager to explain the added cost. He kept explaining like we didn’t understand. Finally we put the credit card away and said we’d go somewhere else. Only then did he say he’d ‘waive’ the added cost. We did not like the sketchy way they added $1000 without giving an option.
Went back to Parkersburg WV and bought the same vehicle there. They gave us the option of that same protection- no pressure. We declined and went home with the same vehicle at $1500 cheaper. Sorry Don Wood!

Bought some new vehicles here and the service has been outstanding. What was even better, my daughter who is attending OU, had a dead battery right before coming home for Thanksgiving and we live over 200 miles away. They jump started the car, replaced the battery and brought the car back to her in less than a day. Just don't see this everywhere. Thanks to Jordan & Phil!
