Great pizza. But they always run the same deals which aren't that good to begin with and there coupons are even worse.

I love Donato's pizza first and foremost. This location is the worst. I have ordered from here 6 times and they have messed up our order 6 times. This place needs a change of management. We order online and they never can get our orders right. They are nothing special.thicker crust, pie cut, bread sticks, and an extra sauce cup. Pizza is either burn, cut wrong, or missing extra sauce cup.so strange.

Called to order a pizza, the individual who took my order was so rude, interrupted me several times and I felt like I was rushed during my order. Definitely needs some customer service training if you ask me!

Great service very clean store the manager is efficient and professional and the food is great. I should also add when I get delivery they are always ahead of estimated delivery time. Always courteous and nice also when they deliver pizzas to me.

Been to this location about 10 times and had varying levels of service (bad to decent, never great). Nigel Thompson thank you for your stellar customer service and bringing my family and I back to our closest and now most loved Donatos. I will order from this location assuming they hire people like Nigel. Thank you to you and your crew!

The worker I spoke with was rude and off putting. Not sure if customer service is the right line of work for them.

Love this spot! The happy hour is unbeatable with awesome brews and this signature frozen mezcal margarita! Love to stop in for a slice and drink.the vibes are awesome especially on the patio/garden.

Donatos is very tasty although it's over price for a pizza that weighs less than the box it comes in also it's not your father's Donatos you order a pizza hand tossed and they give you any kind of crust that they want to give you just like when you go to Kroger's to buy a Donatos Pizza it's paper thin it's not your father's Donatos anymore

I have ordered three separate times and each time my order has been screwed-up. The pizzas are cold and the one that I ordered and paid extra to have banana peppers on didn't have any peppers. This place charges way too much to screw up orders each time. Save your money save your time and go somewhere else.

Bloody hell, When you guys can't deliver with in the estimated time and taking 40 additional minutes, why do you confirm us you're order will be ready in 30 - 35 minutes. Worst service.

Decent pizza, AWFUL delivery service. Order it two hours in advance and they will still be an hour late delivering it. Enjoy staying hungry!

Again, tag in cooler shows 2 for $3.00 on pop, but rings up at $3.33. Employee tells it is tax, $0.58 in tax.

I came back into town to visit during the holidays. There is only one location in my town and it is 45 minutes from my house. Stopped in to grab a couple big don subs. They were good as usual. But the store was filthy. We were the only two people in there at the time. All tables were dirty. Trash over flowing.

Shoutout to this specific Donatos for making the single worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I ordered it well done and they didn't even cook it normal done. Then they said they would add a credit to my account and never did. Seriously, you might as well get Little Ceasers.

They forgot to make part of order, then hurried it thru the ovens and bread was still uncooked in the middle.

Donatos is my favorite pizza place to not eat pizza. I always do a salad and they are all delicious!

Service was really quick and the pizza tasted great! I was disappointed that they only have Pepsi since they used to have Coke. Also there is no menu posted on the wall and you have to look at a smaller paper menu- weird.

My pizza was cold. The wings had sauce on them when I ordered dry rub hot chicken! My sub was forgotten and the driver had to go back to get my veggie sub! Which was also cold when it finally arrived! Location means everything! Bethel rd Donatos you get a d rating and an overall score of 1!
