Donatos Pizza, Columbus OH

I am a dedicated customer to Donatos especially for the Norton location but it's so close to my home and I liked their food better than Flyers and Domino's and Papa John's.but yesterday I have a pizza delivered and the pizza was smeared all over the place not sure what happened but my son and I was extremely sick immediately after eating half the pizza. I honestly might have to go to the doc because the symptoms are bad. I am now AFRAID to eat at this location again. Seriously.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never received an order correct from this location. If it is right, its cold or burnt, somehow usually both. Most recently received my Italian sub without any Italian dressing, called to have it resent and the second sub was also wrong! I'm not creating impossible orders mind you, no tomatoes with dressing on the side hardly seems like rocket science. Even with the credit on my account we will NOT eat here again.

Really disappointed this evening my cheesy breads burnt. Didn’t enjoy it. I love this restaurant and have duck a amazing experience with them tonight must be off

I absolutely love my neighborhood Donatos! Everytime I call to order, there's a friendly voice on the other end, even when they're super busy. I called tonight and spoke with Dan, who was very friendly, but professional. I got a text message instantly after i ordered, informing me my order had been started. I liked that! In 15 minutes I drove through the pickup window and got my Big Don sub. I hadn't had one in a long time. It was hot and fresh. The bread was so heavenly lightly toasted, yet soft and chewy. It had extra tomatoes, just like I ordered. I definitely recommend. Great business. Great people, great food!

If i could give -5 stars i would. Tried to order food online, some sort of glitch, said call in. So i call in to order. Speak with a manager and inform them of the glitch, plus order 2 pizzas for delivery. Manager informs me at 1: 15 that it will take about 45 minutes to deliver. Great! At 2: 27 i call in just to make sure the food is still coming, and lady on the phone said its in route! At 3 no food, 3: 30 no food, 5 no food, im sure you know where this is going! Anyways, right now its hard times, people are out of work etc, and apparently my money is not good enough for you guys. Been dedicated customer for over 2 years. I guess not anymore. Not even a phone call and got lied to, thank you!
I hope you dont do that to other people.

My grandson and I dined in service was awesome our pizza was hot and good the dining area was extremely clean

Currently going on 2 hours that I've been waiting for my correct order to arrive. Ordered 25 bone-in wings and received 6 bone-out buffalo wings. How does 6 wings look like 25 wings? Quality control much?

Went in order. Set down relaxed. Food came in 15 mins. Everyone was courteous and polite. We will go back.

Just moved here to Ohio from Illinois and I’m really picky with pizza but I’ll tel you what, the pepperoni pizza is absolutely amazing. Nice and crispy. Would recommend

Pizza was really good. Only had a slight problem overbooking the party room, which is where we were.

I went to the pick up window, told it was in the oven & asked to pull up & park & he would bring it out. Waited 15 minutes, finally walked in & asked if pizza was ready. The girl pulled the box out from under another order & gave it to me. I said I was told it would be brought out & it wasn't so I wanted to make sure it was still hot. I asked what time it cane out if the oven & was told they have no way of knowing. I took the pizza which wasn't as fresh as we normally get, very disappointed today.

This Donatos is getting worse and worse. My bread is always burnt and my calzone was ridiculously empty and flat. We dont order from here often and we are reminded why when we do.

Great food, always warm. They do forget details a lot though like side sauces and different cuts, if you want it hand tossed or thin ect.

We stopped at 9: 30 p.m, after meetings. We shared a salad and a stromboli one night, and a salad and an individual pizza another evening. All were fresh, delicious, filling and affordable. The service was great. What a surprise - great service, the pizza was awesome - cute little place! Within easy walking distance of campus and the Blackwell!

When I come to Columbus to visit my family, going to Donatos is a must. It is hands down my favourite pizza in the world and they have none in Pittsburgh where I live now. I go to this Donatos a majority of the time and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The last time I went, I went inside and it was during a shift change but everyone I talked to during the process was nice to me and didn't mind looking up my order to give me an update on the progress. I will continue to come here every time I am in the area.

We ordered Big Don Subs tonight. They came out hot and tasty. The waitress and other staff members were very nice. The restaurant was very clean and organized. It was so clean it looked like a new location. I would highly recommend this location for a quick bite.

My calzone was basically a folded over small pizza. It was ok, but not really what I had in mind.

Got there after 10.30.clueless, the guy a the drive thru was super nice and helpful took my order and nicely ask me to come back in 15.went for gas across the street.check my phone for a couple minutes and voila was time to get my pizza.it was delicious.it exceeded my expectations for the 11 dollar including a 2 dollar tip.
