Donatos Pizza, Columbus OH

We always get Donatos Pizza. Our first Donatos pizza was in 1963 on Therman so we have been customers for years. Always good but on 4/24 whoever was making the pizza's did an OUTSTANDING job. The Northland Plaza location is the best of all the north end/Westerville Donatoes. The thing that PISSES me off is no one answers the phone because evidently corporate wants to take the personal touch away. Anita

We placed an order for a large pizza! Since your driver decided that he was going to lie or drop the pizza off at the wrong door, I did not receive the pizza nor did I receive my money back!

60 buck cold food that took from ordering at 630 and didn't get to our door till 800 yes 8pm I was told it was a 45 min delivery time. So cold we had to reheat. The email that said it left the building took then 20 mins to get to my door.

This pizza is soooooo good, got it on vacation, I get so mad when they email me coupons because it's so far away

Pizza looked like someone dropped a can of sauce directly on top and the salad was completely frozen. I called donatos give them a heads up and they could only offer a credit to my account or another pizza. I waited 70 minutes for the pizza and salad.

Usually always had a pretty great experience until now burnt pizza and did not ask for extra baked

They have the nicest, friendliest delivery people ever! The food is always hot and cooked to perfection. Love this location!

You buy pizza and get it. Simple ok? It's quality bro. Only eat donatos if you respect your body. Also modern place.

I have two locations that I trust completely one in Delaware one in Columbus they're five stars every time

Usually make my own pizza but when I buy carryout, Donatos is my fave. Good sauce, fresh meats and cheeses. My top pick.

Placed an order online. They accepted it, said they were making it.then closed. An hour after placing the order.

The drive up window alert sound is so annoying that I'm dropping what would be a solid 4 star review to a 1 until they change it to something else.

This donatos is pretty good. Staff is excellent and they deal with special requests pretty well. I order pizza from here at least once a week as it is the closest donatos to me. Like I said above, it's a solid 4 star pizza joint.

Honestly, it would probably get five stars had I not eaten at the location on 1st and high Street attached to black brick bar. That donatos is incredible beyond all compare and honestly blows this donatos out of the water. I wish that this donatos close to me was as amazing as that one, but it will do and I will keep eating here.

We ️ Donatos ️ Always hot and tasty food. Good and fast service. I especially like using the app for ordering. The location at Northern Plaza has a drive up window. Drive up, pick up and zoom out! Hey are tentative and always ask if I want plates and napkins. Nice extra touch.

My food is always correct and always ready at this location. I just wish thr drive thru was more visble so you can see where to go in.

Ordered on line special one topping pizza bread sticks 2 liter 14.99 for pickup got there only received pizza scam don't believe donatos deals zero stars

Manager was rude and hung up on us. Made food wrong and refused a refund even after offering to return the food. Manager did offer a credit only good at that store but we are moving so it was worthless. Updated- still not happy and am not in agreement with management.

Place is pretty decent for a pizza chain. Food was cooked all the way through, order was quick, staff seems friendly. I'm a regular here and they told me that the place is under new management. It seems to be effective so far. My food is good and the store looks clean (at least as far as I can tell from the lobby). Of course, this is all in the context that this is a pizza chain and not a specialized store or anything. It's good, and I like the food here. I would recommend it.

Close to half hour past expected time of delivery, way over cooked and cold. Sucks don't have time to make it right, have no choice but to eat this nasty mess cause younger kids need to go to bed. Probably last time for a long time we will order from here again. Ordered their famous sub which is cold as well. As if someone just soaked it in water and took a torch to the outside of the bread.cheesebread was burnt and over cooked so bad last time dog wouldn't eat it. Think I'll skip dinner tonight. Always love donatos. Atleast they got the 2-liter of Pepsi right. Very disappointed.

I ordered a large pizza, breadsticks, and 2 side salads. One salad was ordered with no cheese and these people desided picking off cheese was an acceptable way to provide a salad. Both salads had brown lettuce. Pathetic!
