Donatos Pizza, Lakewood OH

This place sucks we were the only ones there with 5 employees working and they rude about taking an order so 0/10 do not recommend

Good pizzas, but I specifically ordered them to be "pie cut". See pic, those aren't pie cut pizzas. Don't offer the option if you're going to ignore it.

I usually love Donatos. The Pizza is great when it’s made right. But unfortunately @ this location 90% of the time the pizza is a disgusting, undercooked mess.

The store manager compensated us just now with a free order of what we got screwed for. As promised I got it updated to 5 stars for the reimbursement

A complete and utter disaster. Make sure to not order from this place the night the Browns are playing. Haha. Their system simply can’t handle it. We put an order in at 4: 45pm. The system said it would be ready for a pick up at 6: 10pm. Apparently they have received over a hundred orders at once. We called the place three times to confirm that it was being made, every time they struggled to find the order first, then after they have finally found it, they promised it would be ready in 10 minutes. We showed up to pick it up at 6: 50pm and the person at the pick up window announced it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. What a mess.

Pulled up to the pick up window 5 minutes after my pick time. I waited 10 minutes while two young kids kept looking at me smiling and laughing talking to each other. They never came to window nor did the young lady that looked too. I hit the horn on the truck after 15 minutes of waiting and still nothing. I unbuckled seat belt and was getting ready to go in to see what problem was but, I believe his name was Ben saved the day. He was very kind and listened to me vent. I told them all someone had to do was acknowledge me or say my order wasn't ready or something. He agreed and apologized which made me level down. I still gave him a tip because, he was so professional. Ben is the only good thing going on there because the kitchen is dirty, unprofessional staff and waited too long.

Hot and fresh toppings. Although, some of the employees don't wear gloves when handling food.

Great customer service. First time here but had to try the cinnamon roll my son talk talk to me about here it goes

Lol it’s a shame you don’t have drivers and that’s out of your control but if I make an order and it just doesn’t get delivered and you don’t answer or tell me you aren’t even delivering it you’re just lazy. PS can’t pick it up I’m quarantining but sure just take the money and never tell me I had to go through the app to receive a refund.

Good food. Was told that food would be ready for pick up at a certain time. We showed up 5 minutes early just in case it was ready early. Food was brought out 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Not a big deal but frustrating.

My family has switched to Donato's because they offer Impossible sausage and Impossible pepperoni. We always order online and pick up our takeout inside the store. The staff is friendly, and our food is typically ready exactly when we requested. The store is clean and easy to get to.

I'll be honest: it's not my favorite pizza in the world (imo they don't have enough cheese on the pizza, the crust is dry, and the sauce is too sweet), and we'll probably switch pizza joints once other places start offering Impossible toppings. But I'm guessing the recipe is a corporate decision out of the hands of local staff.

Pizza Fridays. Donatos missed the mark today. Not only was it cold, but we ordered a calzone for the first time and never will again! It was so small and thin and only 2 pieces had any cheese or pepperoni in it!
The rest was just empty crust. Also ordered 12 boneless wings only got 10. Ridiculous

It was better than I remembered get the thick crust and if you're lucky Carol will deliver your pizza

I live in the neighborhood, order from here often when. I find it unacceptable to send food out like this. There is no quality to this. It doesn't make sense to me that an employee can be this lazy looking at the food before sending it out.

They refused to deliver to my address and wouldn’t let me place an order and the manager was rude

My food wasn't ready when they said it would be. Then when I got home I had to call them because I didn't get the salad the way I ordered it. The manage told me I was late picking up my order. They need to get their info right. I was on time and was told it wouldn't be ready for another 15 mins. I do like their pizza though. They need to hire people who are competent.

Service at this location is terrible. Ordered pick up that was supposedly ready in 30 min, but didn't end up being ready for an hour. Have had issues in the past at this location as well.

Pizza is good, pick up staff is okay, not very friendly, had a girl complaining to me and the other gentleman in there about pickups, which I was there to do. Awkward

Place was dirty. Worker was covered with animal hair. Fountain drinks were all flat. Won't be coming back to this location
