Donatos Pizza, Mt Vernon OH

Pizza had to much sauce, there is also to much Parmesan or whatever that stuff is they sprinkle on it

Love this pizza! They were very nice and went ahead and made my order and delivered it when they only had 15 min until they closed.

When you call you don’t even get the store, you get a call center. What the heck!? Then you get told that they’re only taking orders in person. Their customer service has really gone down hill, such a shame! No more orders from me!

Had a real good medium pizza. A lot of pepperoni. It was on christmas eve and they were very busy, pizza was done as promised on time.

My favorite pizza always! Staff super nice, delivery person was Great! Pizza was Awesome as Always!

Used to be a fantastic go-to, but they're called center ordering now, which means that getting the correct order is unlikely.

I spent 10 minutes trying to order and eventually just hung up as it was quite clear it was going to be wrong after repeating it for the tenth time.

Last time I'll have Donatos, as good as the food is. There are plenty of mom and pop shops that still answer their own phones. Wish that places weren't going to this.

Good old traditional true customer service and interaction will always win the day.

Placed online order at 6pm to pick up at 7pm, pizza hasn't even made it into the oven and it's past 7 now.
