Donatos Pizza, Columbus OH

Worst donators ever! Can't get order right. Never answer the phones. Employees rude when I drove there. Especially assistant manager on duty yesterday. Had to call corporate for help. After 30 years will never eat there again.

The last few times I've been here service hasn't been where it needs to be. Little surprised by that. When you arrive there has to be some type of acknowledgement from the associates. And really try to take care of the front end when customers arrive.

I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTIN 16 CREDITS LAST WEEK. USED MY PHONE ##. TODAY I CALL & SAY I WANNA ORDER A SUB & A SMALL PIZZA. ON MY CREDITS. THEY SAY NO PROB. I ORDER -DELIVERY DRIVERS KNOCKS ON MY DOOR. I ASKED MY FRIEND TO GRAB THE PIZZA. & DIDNT KNOW IT WAS ON CREDITS. GAVE THE LADY 20$ & 6$ IN A TIP. I REALIZED. I CALLED TO TELL THEM. THE FIRST PERSON IS LIKE OH IM SORRY. LET ME GET SOMONE TO HELP. TRANSFERS ME TO 1 PERSON. THEY KEEP ASKIN ME THE NAME ON THE ORDER. I GIVE MY NAME. THE EXACT SAME NAME& NUMBER I JUST USED THEY JUST CONFIRMED TO THE CREDITS. THEY SAY THE NUMBER IS UNDER SOME 1 I NEVER HEARD OF. TRANSFERS
ME AGAIN. THE MANAGER SAYS ITS UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME THEN MINE&THE ONE THEY JUST SAID & THERE IS NOTHIN THEY CAN DO. WHAT A RIPP OFF SCAM. IF THEY WOULD HAVR GOTTEN MY PIZZA RIGHT LAST WEEK. I WOULDN'T OF HAD TO GO THRU ALLLLL THIS.

They used an out side delivery service by the time we found the order it was placed on the bench on the porch and it was cold will not use delivery again

I have been doing pickup after ordering online. Love the subs. Specifically the Big Don w/sausage crumbles. The Atmosphere was calming, peaceful and, the employees were Great.

Food is hot, my order is never wrong. The crew is friendly and efficient. Happy to have them in the community.

They didnt do to hot tonight, they/them at the window was just giving out random orders to people after no one being at the pickup window for 20 minutes

Ordered via Doordash 4 items, 3 of the 4 were awful. Pizza crust was burnt while dough was almost raw, meatballs were BARELY warm & never received cheese sticks. Sub was edible. $50 and very disappointed with the food. DoorDash barely made it right.
The quality that Donatos is known for is just not there at this location.

Always a favorite to come back home too. Been there since I can remember, love this place.

Shout out to the security guard that locked the door in my face at 8: 59pm on Tuesday 6/13. Had a pickup order done through the mobile app to pick up at 9: 04pm. The door for the Call Window was also locked even though the hours of operation say open until 11pm. There were two other employees sitting in the dining area talking whom made eye contact with me and couldn’t be bothered. Called 3x and no one answered. The call center also tried calling them and they didn’t answer for them either. Stuck around until 9: 15pm to see if anyone would open a door and provide some service. Didn’t happen. Well done, Donatos team members at Tamarack.

I ordered a large pizza two liter of Mountain Dew, and six cookies. I only got my pizza, 5 cookies and didn’t get my drink.

I appreciate when someone or a business can just say, "yes we made a mistake. " We all do, but then to remedy it is the next level. I've ordered from this location many times and have had many errors, but something was different today. They acknowledged the issue (I didn't get part of my order.salad) and upon my call the manager imediately saw I didn't get what I ordered and delivered it himself! Wow! Great job Donatos Tamarack! I even wanted to tip, but he was adement that he was making amends and wouldn't take it. I'll give 5 star for turning this error into a recommdendable experience!

The manager and crew are a really nice. This is the 3rd restaurant donatos built and the inside is amazing.

Always have a problem with this store. They cannot get my order right at all or they keep having to extend my delivery time because they don’t have my order ready each time. No one picks up the phone. Very unprofessional. Just a bunch of goons that work here and is only there for a check.

Ordered delivery asked for xtra saus and mushroom barely had any toppings. Dr dash driver wasn't told I needed to pay in cash. She didnt have change. She did bring the change back. Her name was STacey. Honest. Lady.she did bring the change back. People at store and call center were really indifferent to my complaints. Just told me to call corporate. I did call center and store to let them know. They dont seem to care if the cusomer is happy or not
