Donatos Pizza, Delaware OH

Was planning a last minute quick birthday party for my daughter and planned on ordering 6-8 pizzas. I called little Caesars Pizza to see if they had any deals for large orders or anything because if not I was just planning to do the hot and ready pizzas. I quickly changed my mind and decided to go through another pizza shop because the employee that answered the phone was rude and with attitude said "we don't have any deals for you. The 'hot and ready' pizza's are only $5.99 anyway. " When I got off the phone I decided to call donatos to see what they could offer and they offered me $10 for 1 topping pizza's unlimited. And they were extremely friendly and are also providing plates, cups and napkins. That is above and beyond of them and I had no problem paying $3-$4 extra per pizza for their amzing customer sevice! Little Caesars lost out on about $60-$80 not including tip. And THEIR PIZZA WAS DELICIOUS

It should not take an hour and 30 min on a Sunday night when you order 10 minutes to 10pm to get my food. It said it would arrive at 10: 29 and didn't until almost 11: 10pm.

There was no atmosphere. It was dead except for the Employees all joking and having fun in the back. And all drinking from the Soda Fountain

Quite possibly the worst web site of any restaurant chain, period. Fortunately, their phone still works.

Had a simple question and the manager seemed annoyed, I didn't even ask for a manager. Ordered on the app and the app told me my order would be delivered 10 minutes before I placed my order so I waited 40 minutes and called to get a delivery time and to ensure my order actually went through and the 30 minute delivery window had passed. He said it was on the way. After 20 minutes the delivery driver was nice enough to call me and leave me a voicemail to inform me my food just came out and would be delivered in 7 minutes, double the original delivery window. If the Manager would of taken 2 seconds to actually help and not seem like it's ridiculous for someone to ask for his help (which I didn't even actually request) he could of advised me it wasn't ready yet. Delivery driver was very nice and even apologized, manager should take customer service tips from the driver.

We got a pizza from there last night. Something was seriously wrong with it. It was watery, tasted and smelled rotten kind of like fish. Something was really wrong with it! It was a horrible taste and stench. I think it was the ham and banana peppers were bad! We couldn’t eat it obviously!

Tyler helped me pick up my order and he was great! Super friendly and made sure I got everything I needed! Thanks Tyler!

Pick up order at 8: 45 - 7: 15 still here. Last time they gave my pickup order to an Uber eats driver and told me I could go to her house and get it……. Unreal.

There is a lady there that makes me smile and I don't know there name. Any ways she is always on the subs and I have been there 20 days out of the month. Can anyone post this to there page on social media?

I chose a 5star rating bc me and my cuz were pulling a prank and she actually stayed on-the lien and listened to our song call Only in ohio

Spot on just like always the one place in Delaware you can count on for consistently good food. Big shout out to the manager Tyler great guy made sure we left happy
