Donna is amazing! She made these cushion covers for me and also used extra material for the pillows! She does a great job! Than you Donna.

If I could give this rude woman a zero star I would because she treated me terribly I cannot help it that I went into labor with my child and could not pick up the pants on time and now she's going to keep them she is extremely rude she was rude even when I showed them to her she had no kindness in her heart whatsoever she's a better old woman.

Horrible…. I took some suits to be altered and they came back to me unwearable. I paid a lot of money and couldn’t wear them as they were. I had to take them to a different person to redo and fix the horrible mess she made. I was so upset I could have cried. What should have cost 30 dollars to fix ended up costing me 70 dollars by the time I had to pay another person to fix the mistakes.
Do not recommend at all!

It took her over 2 mos.to hem a dress for a wedding for me and I had to call her 3 times about it. She did numerous other dresses, that came in after mine, before doing my dress. When she finally did mine, she surged the hem instead of doing a roll hem like the rest of the dress and charged me $45 for it. It looked horrible and the hem was 2" longer than what we agreed upon and it was uneven! I took it to Sue Karr in Fremont and she did the job in less than 2 wks.and it turned out beautifully. My only regret was that I didn't take it Ms. Karr in the first place - I would've saved some money. Don't go to Donna Valentine! She doesn't deserve 1 star, but I couldn't get this to post if I didn't select at least 1 star.

Extremely unprofessional. I had a last minute issue with my wedding dress, and she went on to scold me & tell me my dress wasn’t “appropriate” for a wedding. And continued to say how it was too “risqué“. So unless you want to go and get belittled here I do not recommend her.
