I don’t want to give bad review because they were quick and nice to furnish me with a washer when my other wasn’t working. But when I went to do laundry there was a huge pool of water on my floor and hoses leaking now I have a mess to clean up plus my brother in law trying to fix it. I was going to give them excellent service which is true but the end result not too happy.

Great customer Service that will leave you smiling and with money in your pocket! Don and his worker's are great, courteous individuals! My niece and I went on Monday. She was looking for and purchased a used refrigerator (which included a 30 day warranty). For a small delivery fee, she also had it delivered to Weirton - they loaded it as we were leaving and showed up-within 30 minutes after paying for it.which is unheard of. She's so happy! Don's had plenty of new and used refrigerators, washers and dryers and other things. However, the one thing that they will never run out of or allow to get old is their great customer service! We thank them so much for everything!

I had to call several time cause after one question the woman answering would just hang up no bye no nothing just hang up then after me calling twice they would no longer answer their phone i’ll definitely not even use their i store service if i couldn’t get a few minutes of their time to answer questions over the phone very poor service!

We were having issues with our washer and dryer and called Don's for service on them. They came out the following day and fixed the dryer, but our washer was completely shot. (Both are only six years old) We went down to his shop today and picked out another washer and he said he would deliver it today! That is what I call EXCELLENT service! Very friendly, great service, and excellent pricing! And this is why we support local businesses! Highly recommend you give them a call first if you have any appliance issues. Thank you so much!
