Dooley Service Pro, Springfield OH

Dooley has been cleaning my septic tank for many years and have always been good in performing that job.

The plumbers were very
professional. They were on time and helpful with the explanation of what happened.

Kept me informed. Let me know that I need a new septic tank and gave me information to help.

I loved how they gave us a window of time then called when they were on the way. He was a very respectful and a gentleman.

If you want a plumbing job done right at an affordable price this is the place to get er done. Their best employee was Jim but he has retired. I hope they hire him to train their help. If you get Jim, you get an honest man and an educated man. The Dooley company is the best!

Wasn't a good experience. First day I had an afternoon appt and he showed at at 430.he Had spent the day on his first call And told me all about it and that he gave that person a good break on their bill plus he he wasn't happy that he had to do another call and didn't want to work OT. It was only to clean out a drain and there was easy access.he brought one machine in and it was twisted the next larger machine he jerked into my house was not working either so he told me he would be back at 1 o'clock the next day. At 130 I called the office and they told me he was on another job. So again it was about 4 when he got here.took him maybe 15 minutes to clean out the drain. I had complained to the office and they agreed to give me a break on cost. The bill was $245 and they deducted $10, yes $10 from that! My time is worth more than $10. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
