DorLo Pizza, Ashland OH

DorLos is a special type of pizzeria. It is a acquired taste. And the pizza looks different that most. Which there’s nothing wrong with but it’s not great for crust lovers. DorLos is great for catering but I don’t recommend the wings. They have a “different” type of taste and the skin is soggy and tastes like rubber. The website needs help because it still says that there’s dine in which there isn’t. It’s fine food but I personally won’t order again.

Ordered pizza this week and had $16 taken out that included my tip. Had another transaction of $15.50 my original total come out of my account. I call dorlo and they say it’s my bank’s fault. Well I call my bank and they’re saying it isn’t their fault, that it’s because the transaction is pending (everyone blaming everyone) and I can’t do anything about it. Don’t waste your time here unless you pay cash.

Well this is my first time eating here and let me tell you it was a joke i spent almost $40 on pizza and bread, when i got on the website site there's a code for free bread sticks with your order If you text a certain # so i ordered 2 16 inch pizzas and more bread the code didn't work i got told don't worry about it on the phone but when the delivery driver showed up at the wrong place mind you he got all upset that the code didn't work and told me that if i gave him a good tip that he would say that i had the right code so, upset i called back to get treated awful by the staff and called a lier and told that's not what he said. The pizza its self was not great it was under cooked and no flavor, nothing about this was worth my money i will not be going back and seriously thinking about calling corporate about this incident.

Dorlo's Pizza in Ashland Ohio is probably one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. And the staff is super friendly.

Had your pizza at the Belleville Fair. By far the worst pizza I ever had. Worst 4.00 I've ever spent. I've been to your restaurant and the pizza was awesome. I don't know what the difference is but the pizza at the fair was terrible. Absolutely terrible.

Definitely DO NOT recommend. Terrible customer service. The cheese was burnt on top. I called and spoke with the manager and we agreed upon a credit for pizza in the future. Supposedly they don't have it on file. Never will return.

Went to get a pizza the other day and was approaching the door and heard a grown 30 -35 yr old man named zack screaming and cussing at (from what I could see thru window) teenage girls. After asking around learned that they have to deal with this work environment regularly and management wants them to "scream and cuss back at him". 15 AND 16 YR OLD GIRLS TRYING TO LEARN INDEPENDANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY! A FAMILY RAN BUSINESS SHOULD BE DOING BETTER FOR THE YOUNG COMMUNITY! I will forever tell everybody about this.it absolutely blew my mind hearing how this was dealt with. No teen should be introduced to the working field in such a hostile uncomfortable way.

There pizza is good but I will not go back I got a coupon for free cheese bread sticks and the total was 18.98 and all she took off was 98. Cents that is not want the coupon said it said free bread sticks with a large pizza order I will not go back almost 20 dollars for a 1 topping pizza that is high

Says they are OPEN yet noone will answer the phone. How does a place like this stay in business.

I really enjoyed the pepperoni pizza. It was extremely greasy, but so delicious. I haven't had dorlo pizza in many many years. In fact it was at the other location on Claremont the last time I ate there. It was just as good as it was over thirty yrs ago. Great job!

Great cheese pizza! We were really impressed because were usually picky about pizza! Driving there we got a little nervous because it was surrounded by run down houses, but this place is actually pretty cute. Only $13 for a large cheese pizza.

We got 5 different pizzas last night from Dorlos Pizza they all were very good and not greasy like other pizzas

Pizza was great. I took down a star because we asked for Ranch and he said it was in the box, only to find out that it was not. Took pizza to nearby park to eat because they don't allow dine in.

We would meet for family get togethers. I wish they would let people dine in again.this pizza is great.take out is good too!

Dorlo has always been the best pizza place in town. From when they were on Claremont in a small building, to the beautiful building they are in now. The staff is always friendly and the food is just as good as it was when I was a kid 20+ years ago. Whenever we have family or friends in from out of state they always want Dorlo. And Dorlos always delivers. Thanks for being a staple in Ashland. We hope you have many more wonderful years in the community. And for those who haven’t tried this place. It’s a MUST

Really like their pizza but will no longer be ordering the owner was very rude to me and will no longer be order which is sad

Everything was very good service was fast and friendly pizza was also just what was ordered.
