Downtown License Bureau, Toledo OH

Great experience. My son got his state ID. We were in and out within 30 mins. Associate who helped us, she was very friendly and answered and explained everything going on. Thank you, my son, and I appreciate your kindness to the woman who helped us

This one’s so much better than the one in Oregon. I’m in and out within 20 minutes and I could be sitting at Oregon for like an hour plus.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE VERY LAZY! FYI GO TO SYLVANIA BMV! The lady told me I had to be married in order for me to get my license plates switched over.

Come to find out all I needed to do was relinquish them and transfer them over.

They are lazy here & don't want to work! I will never come back. TEAR IT DOWN it's filthy anyway.

Today was an amazing day! It was only five us there so, it was in and out with a wonderful friendly staff so if I could have given them 7 I would so I just put them in my post.

Horrible! Only 2 to 3 workers 20 to 15 people needing assistance. One Strick police officer
in lobby, waited 55 min. Still 5 numbers away from help, decided to leave and go to the heatherdown office. Got in and out in 20min max! Man Racism is strong downtown. I will never do business there for anything.

Very good! I was in and out in a matter of minutes! Very professional, helpful and courteous ladies working behind the counter!

Ok so I just wanna go on record to that this place should be closed down, I do understand that they may have people that come in there with some of the biggest attitude.but soon as you walk in the door you have and old lady directing people screaming rude things to them, then if you make it to the window the ladies there are even worse.i work for Hollywood casino and I would never never let my workers treat others this way

Went and got my license renewed, it was quick and everyone was polite. I was able to get it done during my lunch hour with time to eat. I went back a couple of days later and got my sticker, which was just as quick. This is hands down the best DMV office I have ever had to deal with, even when things are'nt quick it still does'nt take the 4-8 hours I have experienced in my 34 years of driving.

Lady's gave me prompt service and friendly as always. It was a early Saturday morning so not many people, but it did feel kinda cramped.

I mean. No one wants to go to the BMV but this is generally the fastest option in town. The folks that work there have always been friendly and as helpful as bureaucracy will allow:)
