D&P Shoe Repair, Cincinnati OH

Nordstrom recommended I take my Louboutins here to get rubber coated, and they did an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier.
I found out they also do purses and a variety of other shoe repair services so I’ll for sure be back!

Started recently using D&P as I now live close by. They do miracles to my dress shoes - I’m amazed every time I see the finished product! And I’m rough on my shoes, as I’m in outside sales. By far the best repair/polish entity I’ve used. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have a favorite pair of shoes that were scuffed and the bronze color was rubbed off. Tanya at D&P Blue Ash repaired them and matched the color perfectly. They looked like new! I couldn’t have been happier with the job they did!

D&P shoe repair in Blue Ash is top-notch. They made my favorite dress shoes like new w/ new soles, vibram heels, and a complimentary shine. Can't recommend them enough.

I was half way in the morning of my work day (I work down the street in blue ash) and my entire heel of my dress shoe completely fell off. I had an important meeting to attend and could not go home and change shoe's. Danny (I presume the owner) took my call, told me he would take care of me and boy, did he deliver. He stopped what he was doing, fixed my shoe and I was on my way within 5 minutes! Totally saved my day. Great service, reasonably priced and a business that cares about its customers! HIGHLY recommended!

I ask for heavy leather strap material and they come out with some thin folded material stitched together. I guess what the customer wants doesn't matter.
Then they claim that they wouldn't be able to stitch the heavy leather. Makes me wonder how they can replace soles of shoes.

This is the best leather and shoe repair store in town. I live in Boston but I wait to have my shoes repaired until I come back to town. Tonya is the nicest lady and she truly understands customer service. Their work is superb and I always get complements on how nice my shoes look after I take them to D & P. The store looks unassuming but I cannot recommend more!

I had a great experience. I have been interviewing with several companies in the area. I was able to stop in twice and get my shows cleaned up so I looked great. They are fast and very nice to work with.
