Dr. Alan J. Murnane, MD, Westerville OH

The Good: I absolutely love Dr. Murnane! He is so caring and understanding. I came in for my 10 week ultrasound and found out my baby's heart stopped beating at 6w4d. I was heartbroken and I was originally supposed to see someone else because I was told Dr. Murnane wasn't taking new patients. He was quick to come in and console myself and my husband and let us know that this doesn't have to be the end of our journey to have a family. He let us take as much time as we needed and then helped us with a game plan.

The Bad: His office staff has to be some of the rudest people I've ever come across in this type of setting! There are maybe a handful that are kind and actually care for patients the way they should. Front office staff is terrible and the 2 nurses I've spoken with over the phone don't take the time to read my chart before giving out incorrect information. They're also rude. I believe this office needs a complete scrub and replaced with people who can be kind.

What an incredibly kind and professional doctor. A five star rating renders an inadequate review. I give him a perfect 10!

I went in for a consultation, spoke to the Dr for 5 mins, was then told that he would do a pap smear now - proceeded to have a massive panic attack and left with EMS to the emergency room. Tried to call and reschedule 3 times and was ignored all 3 times. Was told I wasn't in their system at all, and have now received a huge bill for services that were never rendered.

Most amazing and caring Dr I have ever had. He treats you as a patient and not just a $$$ figure. Dr. Murnane delivered my baby girl and I would drive a good distance if I had to, to continue to see him when we have more children. 100% satisfied!

Best doctor and he knows exactly what he is doing! I love him and the office staff.
