Had two teeth pulled on friday by him and it was so quick and stress free! His staff is so kind and understanding about anxiety and they kept me so calm from the minute i walked in to the minute i had to recieve my IV for sedation. He was so gentle with it and made it an awesome experience! He even called me the night after the procedure to check in on me which was very nice! Highly highly reccomend!

I had a tooth pulled and everything turned out great. He also pulled four wisdom teeth for my daughter. I would recommend Dr Appa for oral surgery.

Outstanding. I went in for a tooth to be pulled. I was in and out quickly. Very little pain. The staff members are very polite. The doctor was great. I'd recommend Dr. Apapa to anyone. I will go back for all my oral surgery needs.

I literally just called to see if they accepted my insurance. The person that picked up said no, when I said thank you, she just hung up! I'm so glad the answer was no because that in itself is rude!

After getting a tooth removal / extraction I have had an awesome experience. During the consult the staff was very informative and patient and answered all of my questions. I was nervous at first but the procedure went well and easier than expected. Dr Apapa, the oral surgeon called me the evening after the appointment to check on me and answer any questions. First I scheduled what I thought was my appointment for removing wisdom teeth three weeks out and I schedule off work.however it took three weeks for them to show me a 20 minute video on the importance of getting your wisdom teeth out by age 25 and I’m over 30.after ariving 30 mins early per their request, it took them 40 mins after my scheduled time to even see me.next I ask to speed process up because a friend was waiting for me and they explain I’m not there for anything more than a ignorant video I could’ve been emailed and to talk about the process. I was blown away that no one could explain why I was scheduled three weeks out for an extraction and was in a rush because of an impacted tooth in pain.then the dr appapa comes in and tells me it’s my fault for misunderstanding and has his secretary come in and tell me “I know I told you this was only a consolation”. So I then reply WHY DID YOU MORONS TELL ME TO FAST BEFORE MY VISIT AND HAVE A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMEBER DRIVE ME AND TAKE TIME OFF WORK.then I leave outraged and these morons try to send me a $75 bill for wasting my time and showing me a video that had nothing to do with my needs.awful and unprofessional I would never refer someone to this awful type of service.morons acted like emailing me a video was a cutting edge technology and expect me to trust them with my tooth extraction

Dr. Apapa performed a procedure that I had previously experienced with a different dental surgeon which was unpleasant and very expensive.

Dr. Apapa performed the same procedure, painlessly, and because of his honest, objective, professional nature saved me a ton of money.

Everyone in this office is the best!

I would highly recommend Dr Apapa. The office help was very nice and polite. The office was very clean. Dr Apapa was very friendly and did a wonderful job. The doctor even called to check up on my son to see how he was doing which you don’t ever get that anymore.

We had an appointment scheduled for 8 months ahead of time. Apparently keeping your scheduled appointments doesn't matter and now these wisdom teeth roots are wrapped around nerves.

It is completely unacceptable to cancel an appointment like this, for a vacation.

Shockingly bad care and customer service! My wife was 20 minutes early for a 3: 20 PM appointment; the plan was to get an exam as preparation for an extraction after being referred by her normal dentist. The receptionist had her fill out four pages of insurance information - more on that later.

After waiting over an hour to be seen, she was finally taken to an exam room at 4: 40 PM. She waited there for another 45 minutes before anyone came to see her; it was 5: 25 PM before the dentist came in. He spent less than five minutes with her and only one minute of it on the actual exam.

When my wife returned to the lobby, the dental assistant who had taken the insurance information still could not tell her how much an extraction would cost. My wife told her to assume she had no insurance and quote an out of pocket cost, but she refused to give any straight answer. My wife also found out at this point that they had locked the lobby door at 5 PM - and even shut off the television in the waiting area at that time even though I had a friend there waiting for me the entire time!

Maybe they were trying to get home for the day, but this was the worst medical or dental care experience my wife has ever had. Thank goodness he wasn’t performing the actual procedure. As it turns out, he is not only the oral surgeon but also his own anesthetist. That would make us nervous anyway, and after experiencing this level of inattention and incompetence there is no way we would ever entrust my wife’s well-being to this doctor or his staff.

Dr. Apapa is a very skilled surgeon. I have been a referring doctor for years and all of my patients were very happy with Dr. Apapa and his care. In all my years working with him I have been very impressed with the outcome of his surgeries as have my patients. My own family has been treated by him.

Dr Apapa, and his staff, are very kind, and does a great job of explaining things. He never once made us feel like we were just dollar signs when discussing my husband's upcoming wisdom teeth removal. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience getting a tooth pulled! Crazy as that sounds. All of the ladies, from the receptionist to the assistant, were the best. Professional and very friendly. They really put ease prior to the extraction. Dr. Apapa was awesome. I had no pain what so ever during the procedure, and it was over before even knew it was completed. Without any hesitation whatsoever, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the great service!

I hate surgery, terrified of teeth pain, I'm the worst case scenario. Mr. Apapa and his team not only dealt with my whining and panic, but helped calm me down and feel a little less completely terrified. The procedure was perfect, it's healing very quickly, and now I'm not too scared of surgery because of how easy everything really was thanks to them. I cannot recommend this office enough, or Mr. Apapa.
