Dr. Brad Skelton & Dr. Richard Kennedy - Fairfield Pediatric Dentistry

We love Dr Brad! We had attempted to take my son for his first apt at a different office and it was a complete meltdown. Quite a few friends recommended Dr Brad and I can’t even think of a way our visit could have gone better! 10/10 would recommend!

My children have been going to Fairfield Pediatric Dentistry for many years. The facility and staff are wonderful. Dr Kennedy is always so pleasant and comforting to the kids. Our family wishes him the best on his upcoming retirement!

Dr. Skeleton and the staff are always so pleasant and helpful. My 6 year old daughter struggles socially with adults and those she doesn’t know. She is very weary of talking to others and opening herself up. That hasn’t been the case here, she loves it and they always make her feel so comfortable. Instead of crying to go to the dentist (like before) she now wants Dr. Skeleton to be the one to pull her loose teeth. She now is excited when we tell her she has a dentist appointment. As a mother that is the greatest feeling. We are so thankful to have stumbled upon their office and give them 5 stars and more!

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Brad and Dr. Kennedy! Both of them and their staff are exceedingly friendly and fun and they always make an office visit enjoyable for my sons! We would never dream of going anywhere else for our dental needs!

Don't get scammed by the office staff. Dr is ok, but front office staff is lacking. Failed to mention they went out of network, even after confirming insurance, at last visit, and of course took xrays. So I'm left owing a bunch of money. Save yourself some mental anguish with these crooks.

Dr. Kennedy is the best! He will do whatever he needs to do to fix it or figure things out. He even met us at the office after hours to help my son as he was having a lot of discomfort. The staff here is wonderful, each and every one of them. Thanks for everything!

Office staff is very rude and will lie to you! They will tell you that they are in network when they are not because they don't want to do any actual work. Then you get a bill for $200 for cleaning a two year olds teeth! I'm still not sure how that could be worth $200. I would NEVER recommend this dentist!

We have never had a bad experience the staff is great with the kids and not just mine I have noticed how Dr. Kennedy is with other kids as well in my opinion Kennedy is the best in the business so glad we found him when we did

Dr. Kennedy does amazing with children! My 4yr old had 2 cavities and is not the easiest patient. Great toys to play with before appointment and great staff to talk my child through everything that was about to happen. Would recommend.

My children actually look forward to the dentist. He and his staff here are great to work with and provide nothing but the utmost care during any child’s experience.

We have had an amazing experience every time! They are very quick to call us back after we check in. The staff is very friendly! Dr. Kennedy is very funny, informative and is so kind to the children. I am so glad that we found Dr. Kennedy and I would recommend him to anyone.

We have been with Dr. Kennedy since our son turned 3. He is 19 now so he has moved on but Dr. Kennedy continues to see our daughter who is 7. Our daughter has a host of special needs, including Autism, Epilepsy and Isodicentric 15. She is definitely not the easiest patient but Dr. Kennedy and his staff have never made us feel like that. They are wonderful with her!

Visits with Dr. Kennedy are always a very pleasurable experience for my children. The staff is wonderful.

Both of my children are seen by Dr. Kennedy and his staff. Dr. Kennedy and his staff do a great job with the kids. Dr. Kennedy makes it fun for them so they are not so scared. I think they all do a great job and I send people to their office when asked about a dentist for a child.

My son is 4 yrs old and has been seeing Dr. Kennedy for two years now. My son has some sensory processing issues and so he is over sensitive and overwhelmed easily. Dr. Kennedy and his staff are so wonderful with him! Have never experienced a better pediatric dentist. He is so patient and good with the kids he sees. Wonderful office!

The office staff is extremely rude and very unwilling to bend. Was coming from 30mins away and with traffic and school not bringing my daughter down fast we were late. I called to explain we were on our way and the receptionist was RUDE! Refused to see us even though only 15 mins late and we have been six weeks getting an appointment because of the consultation visit that the charge for $75.00 so then she wanted us to wait another month. The most terrible customer service around he may be a good doc but if you cant get into see him what is the point?

Took my almost 2 yr old son and was very nervous not knowing how he would act. Dr.kennedy was amazing and my son did so good. Very comfortable environment and friendly staff. Dr. Kennedy talks about everything he is going to do prior. I felt at ease and my son did as well. Overall great experience.
