Dr. M. Chopra, Cincinnati OH

I was very disappointed with Dr. Chopra. His hygienist was wonderful, but Dr. Chopra was arrogant and condescending. I had 2 broken teeth and a cavity in each.
My Medicare Advantage pays for cleaning, xrays, and fillings 100%. Everything else is paid at 50%. Being on Social Security limits my options, and I explained that. He gave me 2 choices, extraction or build up 2 broken teeth and build up with crowns. I said that I would like to have fillings. He raised his voice and said, "Do you want to save the teeth or not, yes or no " again, I started to ask about fillings and in a louder voice, he asked do you want to save the teeth, yes or no. I quietly said no. Then he told
the hygienist that I would have to
see an oral surgeon. Again, I started to ask about fillings, but he left the room and didn't answer. I was so sad and disappointed. I felt so ashamed.

DR. Manny Chopra and his staff provide first rate, friendly professional service. Highly recommended.

I had the worse experience at the office today. My kids and I have been pts of Dr Choppra for years, and all the girls in the office have always been so great and helpful to us. Today was very different, I don’t even know the name of the front desk secretary, but once I got there she was very rude to me to the point that made me cry. We do have dental insurance and we’ve always paid our bills. She stated “ you are not going back there if you do not have insurance, you have to reschedule your app”. Wouldn’t that be better if she would offer to help a pt to figure it out what was wrong, like the others do? Like I do to my pts? Of course I broke down in tears, bc there is not the way you treat people like that when we work in the health field we have to be understanding and empathetic. Dr Choppra came and talked to me and I figured all the dental insurance out, and he finally saw me and got my tooth fixed, but no apology was said.

I've lived in several other states and have gone to many dentists. I can honestly say that Dr. Chopra and his entire staff are the best! His care and concern for his patients is outstanding.

The staff are efficient, nice, and professional. The dental hygienist was very thorough. Manish Chopra is a very good dentist. He's on point with his knowledge and his work. I would recommend him to everyone who needs a good dentist. Two thumbs up to Manish Chopra
